According to the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the scope of students' complaints includes:
1. If you refuse to accept the warnings, serious warnings, demerits, detention, expulsion and other punishments made by the school. , can appeal;

The Procedure of Educated People's Appeal System
The complaint system of the educated is the same as that of the teacher, and there are also links such as filing, accepting and handling complaints.
1. lodge a complaint. Complaints can be made orally or in writing. Oral request, explain the situation of the respondent, the reasons for the complaint and the basic facts of the incident, and finally make a complaint. The appeal shall specify the complainant, the respondent, the appeal request, the reasons for the appeal and the factual course.
2. Appeal acceptance. After receiving students' oral or written complaints, the competent department may, according to the specific circumstances, make different treatments after examination. 3. Complaint handling. Handling of complaints, the competent authorities shall investigate and verify the incident and deal with it according to different situations:
(1) If the actions or disciplinary decisions of schools, teachers or other educational institutions conform to the statutory authority or procedures, the applicable laws and regulations are correct and the facts are clear, the original disciplinary decisions and results can be maintained;
(2) If the punishment decision violates relevant laws and regulations and infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of the complainant, the original punishment decision may be revoked or the respondent may be ordered to make corrections within a time limit;
③ If laws, regulations and rules are wrong or the facts are unclear for some specific punishment decisions or specific behavior decisions, they may be ordered to return to the original organ for re-processing or partially revoke the original decision;
(4) If the rules and regulations on which the punishment decision is based or the school rules and regulations conflict with laws, regulations and other normative documents, the original decision may be revoked;
