What format does Bora car video support?
Car video generally supports AVI, RMVB and MP4 formats. AVI is introduced by Microsoft, which is similar to DVD video format. AVI format is divided into three parts, including file header, data block and index block. RMVB is developed by RealNetworks, and this video format has high definition. MP4 format is called moving picture expert group in Chinese, which is mainly used for voice transmission and TV broadcasting.

Video format is an identification symbol given to video files by video playback software so that they can be played.

Video formats can be divided into two categories: local video suitable for local play and network streaming video suitable for network play. Although the latter may not be as good as the former in terms of playback stability and picture quality, it is widely used in the fields of Internet information services such as video on demand, network demonstration, distance education, and online video advertising because of its wide spread.

MP4 video format is the most commonly used format in automobiles. There are two points to note about MP4 format:

The first is the video coding method. There are many encoding methods for MP4 video, such as px, xvid, h264 and so on. In-vehicle support for px and h264 encoded video is very good. However, it does not support the video encoded by xvid ID.

Second, the resolution of the video can't be greater than the highest resolution of the car-mounted playback device, usually 640*480 is enough.
