According to the Anti-drug Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the provisions are as follows:

1, Article 4: Drug control work should focus on prevention, comprehensive management, and the policy of banning seeds, drugs, trafficking and smoking at the same time.

The anti-drug work is under the unified leadership of the government, and the relevant departments are responsible for their respective duties, and the society is widely involved.

Article 10 The State encourages volunteers to participate in anti-drug publicity and education and social services for drug rehabilitation. Local people's governments at various levels shall provide guidance and training to volunteers and provide necessary working conditions.

The harm of drug abuse to body and mind

1. Toxic effect of drug abuse on the body: Toxic effect refers to a harmful effect on the body caused by excessive or long-term drug use, usually accompanied by organic dysfunction and histopathological changes. The main features of poisoning are drowsiness, insensitivity, dyskinesia, hallucinations, delusions, disorientation and so on.

2. Mental disorders and metamorphosis: The most prominent mental disorders caused by drug abuse are hallucinations and thinking disorders. Their behavioral characteristics revolve around drugs, and they even lose their humanity because of drug abuse.
