The Plan of Gansu Province for Promoting the Balanced Development of Compulsory Education in Counties (20 122020) puts forward: "By 20 15, the layout and structure adjustment of compulsory education schools will be completed in an all-round way, and the dangerous buildings in compulsory education schools will be completely eliminated. The standardization construction of compulsory education schools has achieved remarkable results, and the county compulsory education will be initially balanced, basically eliminating the phenomenon of weak schools and large classes; There are 30 counties, cities and counties in the province, and compulsory education in the county has basically achieved balanced development. " Yongchang county is one of these 30 counties and cities.
In order to implement the compulsory education law, ensure the balanced development goal of compulsory education put forward in the Outline of National, Provincial, Municipal and County Medium-and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan (20 10-2020) and the Outline of Provincial and Municipal Plans for Promoting Balanced Development of Compulsory Education in Counties, and lay a good foundation for the provincial government to supervise and evaluate the balanced development of compulsory education in our county in 20 15.

Investigate and understand the overall situation of balanced development of compulsory education in counties, and conduct specific research on compulsory education funding, school construction, and teacher team construction. , focusing on investigating the inter-school balance of compulsory education. This paper analyzes the inter-school balance between primary schools and junior high schools in this county from eight indicators: the average area of teaching auxiliary rooms, the average area of sports venues, the average value of teaching instruments and equipment, the number of computers per 100 students, the average number of books per student, the teacher-student ratio, the average number of teachers with senior education and the average number of teachers with professional and technical positions above the intermediate level. Investigate and understand the actual effects, difficulties and problems of relevant measures to promote the balanced development of compulsory education in recent years. Listen to the opinions and suggestions of teachers, students, parents and people from all walks of life on further promoting the balanced development of compulsory education schools.

4. Collect 8 index data of compulsory education schools, calculate the difference coefficient between primary school and junior high school respectively, and evaluate the inter-school balance between primary school and junior high school in the county.
