Tell you the truth, if you are sincere, you and I are finally destined, and I will teach you some ways to breathe, sit down, walk and sleep. " Guo Jing was surprised and thought, "Breathe, sit down, walk and sleep. I already know. Why do you need to teach me? " He secretly doubted, but didn't say it. The Taoist priest said, "Get the snow off that big stone and sleep on it." Guo Jing is even stranger. According to the words, I lay on a big stone except the snow. The Taoist said, "Why should I teach you to sleep like this? I have four words, which you should remember firmly: thinking is forgetful, physical weakness is fortunate, death is life, and yang is yin. " Guo Jing read it several times and kept it in mind, but he didn't know what it meant. The Taoist priest said: "Before going to bed, you must be clear-headed and have no distractions. Then lie on your side, snore, the soul does not swing inside, and God is not a layman. " At present, the method of breathing luck and meditation have been taught.
XVIII. University Higher Education: Hong Qigong
In fact, before this, Guo Jing learned the method of Quanzhen religion, and with the snake blood of Liang Ziweng, his skills were still greatly improved. This is the premise of learning the eighteen palms of the dragon.
Universities in Guo Jing consider themselves mentors of Hong Qigong. This Hong Qigong is a master of Wulin. He was one of the only five professors with the highest level in the Jianghu at that time (the other four should be Huang, Ouyang Feng, Yi Deng and the old urchin Zhou).
Among the five wonders, Wang Zhongyang has the highest level, but his disciples are too poor. Huang is the best teacher among the apprentices, but he acts strangely. Neither Ouyang Feng's nephew nor Yi Deng's Yu Qiao's farm work is on the table. Only the old beggar was rambling and impatient, but he took a pair of good apprentices.
He can be regarded as a university teacher. Guo Jing's university course is eighteen dragons.

Hong Qigong said, "I told you: You should teach the other side that there is no retreat and no concession. The strength of your palm was not weak just now, but when the pine tree shook, it dissolved your strength. Learn to hit a pine tree first, and then you can break it with one hand. " Guo Jing realized this and said cheerfully, "That must be fast, so that the other party can't resist." Hong Qigong supercilious look way: "is it? Sure, okay? It took you so long to sweat this simple truth. It's really stupid to get a grandmother's house. " He added: "This trick is called' Kang Long has regrets', and the essence of palm manipulation is not the word' Kang', but the word' regrets'. If you just want to be strong and ruthless, be excited and sharp, anyone can do it as long as you have a few hundred pounds of brute force. How can you teach Huang to appreciate this trick? Kang long has regrets, but the benefits will not last long. Therefore, there will be gains and losses. The strength of playing out is ten points, and the strength of staying in itself is still twenty points. On the day when you realized the taste of' regret', you learned this trick even 30%. Like old wine, it is not spicy, but its stamina is very mellow, and that lies in the word' regret'. "

For more than a month, Hong Qigong has passed the 15 part of "eighteen palms of the dragon" to Guo Jing, and from "Kang Long You Regret" to "Long Dou Ye". Hong Qigong's unique skill in his whole life is to lower the dragon's eighteen palms, half of which was taught by the teacher and half of which was realized by himself. Although the tricks are limited, each trick is extremely powerful.
High-level people, half from teachers, half from their own understanding. So he taught his disciples, and it was half and half!
Later, when he met Ouyang Ke, Hong Qigong taught Guo Jing the remaining three palms. Since then, almost all universities in Guo Jing have graduated!
Postgraduates: Old urchin, Nan Di and the self-taught "Jiuyin Zhen Jing"
In fact, Guo Jing, who graduated from university, is already an expert in Jianghu. Apart from four of the five wonders and Qiu, an old urchin, he has almost no rivals, so he can be regarded as an excellent college graduate.
However, self-study and chance are hard to describe. Since the old urchin on Peach Blossom Island taught him the formula of the Nine Classics, Guo Jing embarked on the road of self-study and understanding of higher martial arts, and he didn't graduate until Deng, the Yi master of Nandi, translated the general procedure and the whole book of the Nine Classics for him.
