In order to further implement the requirements of grassroots democratic political construction, our school adheres to and improves the system of teachers' congress, strengthens the democratic management and supervision of the school, promotes the construction of the school leadership team and the party style and clean government, and keeps close relations between cadres and the masses. According to the spirit of instructions from higher authorities, we now report on the publicity of our school affairs as follows:

First, strengthen leadership, implement measures and carry out work in a down-to-earth manner.

1. Improve the leadership, improve the leadership strength and enhance the leadership responsibility. In the past two years, our school has transferred the former members of the leading group for the publicity of school affairs, including vice president Xu Wei, deputy director Zhang Chunling, deputy director Hu Jinmao and two retired leaders. Second, people-oriented, give full play to the role of teachers' congress.

Our school adheres to the principle of people-oriented and harmonious coexistence. We coordinate, discuss, be open and fair on all issues involving the interests of faculty and staff, and hold a teachers' congress once a year to collect opinions from the masses, sort out suggestions and rectify existing problems. At the teachers' congress, representatives of faculty and staff carry forward the spirit of being masters of their own affairs, fully exercise their rights, carefully listen to and consider the work report and plan of the school, the financial report of the general affairs department, and collect questions about the vital interests of faculty and staff. The faculty and staff actively participate in and discuss state affairs. Many valuable and reasonable suggestions are put forward for the development and management of the school. In the past three years, all the important proposals have been related to the development of the school. For example, the school's development direction, school spirit construction, fund raising, and class allowance, college entrance examination awards, quantitative teaching awards, subject competitions, thesis awards, etc., which are closely related to the immediate interests of faculty and staff, are all solicited opinions from faculty and staff, submitted to the teachers' congress for discussion and approval, and implemented after making a decision.

Thirdly, a harmonious campus has laid a good foundation for the quality of education and teaching.

In the past three years, our school has strictly implemented the open system in government affairs, finance and other aspects, with good transparency, reassuring staff, steady improvement of welfare benefits and obvious improvement of work enthusiasm. The school has made remarkable achievements in education and teaching. In 2005, the college entrance examination reached a new level year by year, which doubled compared with 2002 three years ago (2002 137 people entered the provincial college line, and 272 people entered the provincial college line in 2005).
