Chen Baichuan, the first principal of experimental primary school in Guanyun County, was born in Chenlou, Baixian Township, Guanyun County in the late Qing Dynasty. He graduated from the Agricultural Department of Waseda University in Japan before the Revolution of 1911. During my study in Japan, I participated in the League founded by Dr. Sun Yat-sen and did a lot of work to overthrow the imperial power system of the Manchu Dynasty. After the Revolution of 1911, he served as a member of the Senate of Jiangsu Province and made great efforts in planning the construction and governance of Guanyun County. In order to revitalize the education in his hometown, he returned to his hometown to cooperate with Fang Xiaolan, who founded Sanyu Primary School in the late Qing Dynasty, and turned the land left over from the previous Qing Dynasty confiscated by the Revolution of 1911 into school property, and expanded Sanyu Primary School into Sanyu Primary School in Dayi City as the first principal. Later, he was praised by the Ministry of Education of the National Government for donating money to study. In the 28th year of the Republic of China (1939), the Japanese army invaded the county seat and the hometown fell. He organized the people in Chenlou area to fight against the Japanese invaders and fired the first shot of the people in Huaihai area to resist Japan. The day after tomorrow, he pretended to know that he had studied in Japan in his early years, was knowledgeable and was a local celebrity, and repeatedly threatened him with a fake post. However, if you die unsatisfied, you will encourage anti-Japanese everywhere, destroy property to support the anti-Japanese team, and educate future generations not to forget the great cause of the country. He once founded Baichuan Primary School in the private residence of Chenlou, Bailan, and trained rural children. He was deeply respected by the local people and was praised by the world as a well-known patriotic old man in China. He died in Xinpu in 35 years at the age of 79.
