I. Training objectives and requirements

This major trains senior professionals who have the basic theories, knowledge and skills of psychology and can engage in teaching, management, consultation and treatment, technology development and other work in the education system, engineering design departments, industrial and commercial enterprises, medical and administrative departments.

Students in this major mainly study the basic theories and knowledge of psychology, and have been trained in psychological scientific thinking and scientific experiments, so they have good scientific literacy. Have the basic ability to carry out psychological experiments and psychological measurement, and the ability to apply psychological theory and technology to a related field and solve practical problems. Graduates should have the following knowledge and abilities:

1, master the basic theory, basic knowledge and empirical research methods of applied psychology, master relevant statistics and measurement methods, and have the ability of comprehensive analysis, data processing and computer application;

2. Understand the general principles and knowledge of similar majors in the field of psychological application;

3, understand the national science and technology, intellectual property rights and other related policies and regulations;

4. Understand the latest development trends and application prospects of applied psychology;

5, master the information query, document retrieval and the ability to use modern information technology to obtain relevant information; Have the ability to design experiments, create experimental conditions, summarize, sort out and analyze experimental results, write papers and participate in academic exchanges.

6. Have strong learning ability and knowledge updating ability, good scientific literacy and humanistic literacy, and the necessary knowledge and skills such as foreign languages and computers have reached the prescribed level.

The standard academic system is four years, and students can complete their studies in 3-6 years.

2. Credit requirements

Students must complete at least 165 credits before graduation. Among them: classroom teaching 14 1 credit, practice teaching 24 credit.

In the school platform course, students should complete 70 credits, of which 56 credits are compulsory and 14 credits are optional; 54 credits for classroom teaching and 0/6 credits for practical activities.

In the college platform course, students should complete 38 credits, all of which are required courses in classroom teaching.

For professional platform courses, students should complete 57 credits, including: 37 required credits and 20 elective credits; 49 credits for classroom teaching and 8 credits for practical teaching.

Please refer to the curriculum section of this plan for specific courses and credits. Total credits for classroom teaching 14 1, accounting for 85.5% of the total credits for graduation; Practice teaching has a total of 24 credits, accounting for 14.5% of the total graduation credits.
