Due to the different living environment and conditions, everyone has formed different personality characteristics from others. Especially middle school students. Their personalities are between mature and immature,
This makes them have different ways of thinking and behavior. It is necessary to grasp the personality characteristics of each student, and then "teach students in accordance with their aptitude" according to their different temperament, ability and personality differences to achieve the educational purpose. But according to my years of teaching experience, I think there are four types of middle school students' personalities:
Strength, liveliness, peace and perfection. Grasping these four personality characteristics of students in teaching can help us really enter the middle school students. Understand them scientifically, analyze their personality and psychological outlook, and grasp their changing characteristics and trends. This is the most basic premise of targeted education. So, how to educate these four types of middle school students? Let me talk about some of my views and practices.
First, the strength type
Strong students are competitive, determined, decisive, vigorous and energetic, and they are natural leaders. Because they are very competitive and confident, they like challenges and adventures. Therefore, when taking exams, they usually set a goal for themselves, and it is unstoppable, and they fight and fight. But at this time, their hearts are under great pressure.
Teachers should get to know them deeply, help them to relieve their psychological pressure, discuss peacefully together, and make goals together, so that the goals are more reasonable and more suitable for the students' current strength. When they reach their goals, they must be rewarded or affirmed by words to satisfy their competitiveness and make them work harder. At the same time, these students feel a little overbearing and arbitrary, because they like to dominate and control others, and they have the final say in everything. They only give orders and tell others what to do, and they have to assign the work to others. In the face of such students, we should satisfy their control, entrust such figures with heavy responsibilities and let them bear certain responsibilities. The group secretary of the squad leader is the most suitable position. But we must resist their overbearing and autocratic side, otherwise we will not only be unpopular with our classmates, but will fall into the predicament of being excluded by them. Therefore, as a teacher, we should not damage their enthusiasm.
Formulate some codes of conduct for them, adjust their interpersonal relationships and give full play to their talents. There are also powerful students who speak directly and directly point out the shortcomings and mistakes of others, which is difficult to be accepted. Therefore, it is also a major task for teachers to cultivate their patience and speaking ability, otherwise, they will soon become "lonely".
In particular, it should be noted that the biggest disadvantage of strength students is that they are easily stimulated, excited and irritable. Teachers should pay attention to cultivating his self-control ability, let him learn to relax, treat everything with a peaceful attitude, and learn to be tolerant!
Second, the active type
Lively students are eloquent, lively and lovely, humorous and interesting, and are born optimists. They are enthusiastic, active with people, have good interpersonal relationships and have many friends. As a teacher, we should let this type of students give full play to their talents and specialties. Give them more opportunities if you want to talk. He said he would send them to participate in any speech contest at school, teacher.
Participate in it, express their affirmation in praise language, and make them more confident. But lively students always talk more and do less, and do things in an anticlimactic way. How should students who give up halfway educate themselves to do this kind of work with only three minutes of enthusiasm? First of all, we should cultivate their sense of responsibility and urge them to turn words into actions. Secondly, improve the requirements for students, so that they can strengthen their personal training, improve their binding force, don't stop until they reach their goals, and gradually form a good habit of doing things seriously from beginning to end. Of course, we can't use coercion or criticism in this process, because they like to listen to good words, and criticism will only make them lose confidence and fun. Therefore, we should encourage and praise him more, so that students can feel their progress, success and growth in self-education, thus forming a good habit of speaking more and doing more. Teachers should pay more attention to the fact that active students are very careless and impatient. They often can't find what they want, and it's easy to lose points in exams. They are typical idiots. Therefore, it is necessary to connive and persuasively criticize them and cultivate their calm and steady character. So as to slowly change their shortcomings.
Third, peaceful.
The advantage of peaceful students is that no matter what happens, they are very calm and emotionally stable, and they should change with constancy. Even if there is a fire, you will be calm, unhurried and do what you should do. There is nothing to be nervous about. They like to watch and wait for things to change. But they have many disadvantages. First of all, they don't have their own opinions. Just say it.
That's right. They will also follow the trend irresponsibly, which is a typical "swinging with the wind"! At this time, teachers should follow the trend, cultivate students' pursuit of the opposite sex, encourage students to break away from convention, and give timely affirmation and praise in an open way as long as they have any unique opinions, so that students can feel that what they have done is correct and don't have to follow suit. Secondly, peaceful students lack enthusiasm for anything, lack motivation, like to muddle along, and even a little lazy. It's better for someone to help them do everything. What teachers should do at this time is to cultivate students' interest, discover and cultivate students' interest according to their level of knowledge and experience, educational content and objectives, and let students develop healthily with a positive and happy attitude. As a catalyst, it can mobilize students' enthusiasm and stimulate their awareness of activities. Third, peace-loving students don't like talking and arguing. Even if you tell him the truth and reason, he won't say a word and then won't change his mind. They are stubborn. In fact, only you have enough sincerity, patience and confidence to guide them to form good habits: read more books, exercise more, do more things and use more brains; As long as you respect them, encourage them to express their views and pay special attention to some of their ideas and opinions, they will be happy to cooperate with you.
Fourth, the perfect type.
People who pursue perfection in everything and in their study and life are called perfectionists. People with "perfect personality" often have ideals and ambitions, are unwilling to be mediocre, are strict with themselves, do things seriously, and can also achieve certain achievements in their studies. But this character doomed them to live very hard and tired. In their hearts, they often feel dissatisfied and unhappy. They are strict with themselves, they regret making a little mistake, even if they write a wrong word, they will regret it for a few days. Because of their excessive pursuit of perfection, they have developed the habit of demanding perfection and blame. Therefore, they are strict with their family and friends and care about some unimportant things. They can't tolerate the different opinions or small mistakes of classmates and friends, which leads to frequent disputes.
Create tension. This kind of students, because of their high self-esteem, find it difficult to make friends. What is even more worrying is that these students are fragile, and they are easily depressed, negative and pessimistic when encountering setbacks, and they are easy to become depressed and pessimistic. In view of students' personality characteristics, teachers should guide them to pay attention to their strengths and avoid weaknesses in their study and life, patiently enlighten them, let students practice more in their specialties, enhance their self-confidence, do not criticize them easily in public, and should focus on comfort, praise and encouragement to help them unload all kinds of ideological burdens, establish a good attitude, overcome weaknesses and eliminate pessimism. Besides, they don't want to associate with others, and they bury their desire in their hearts. We should make them fit in through various educational methods, not afraid of difficulties. So as to become a real perfectionist.
In short, in teaching, as long as students' personality is carefully analyzed, their personality characteristics are understood, targeted education is carried out, and the educational strategy of "moving with emotion, understanding with reason, guiding with action, perseverance and exerting influence" is adopted, the expected educational goal can be achieved.
