However, due to the common reasons of vast rural area, scattered residence, low cultural quality of farmers and poor acceptance, the rural law popularization work is relatively backward, and the legal awareness and legal concept of farmers are relatively weak. They don't know how to seek legal solutions when things happen, and rely on clan forces to compete between rationality and irrationality, which leads to endless contradictions and disputes and seriously affects social stability. Therefore, how to effectively deepen rural law popularization, enhance the legal awareness of farmers, improve their ability to handle affairs according to law, reduce all kinds of contradictions and disputes, and promote social stability has become a new topic actively studied and explored by party committees and governments at all levels in our county. On 200 1, Daejeon No.1 Middle School took the lead in carrying out the activity of "taking the law home" for students during the holidays, and achieved good results. In the past two years, with the attention and support of the county party committee and government, the county comprehensive management, education and judicial administration have jointly promoted the experience of Datian No.1 Middle School, and extensively carried out the practical activities of "bringing the law home" for holiday students throughout the county. The popularization of legal knowledge in family areas has achieved remarkable results, which has opened up a new way to popularize law in rural areas, effectively promoted the broad masses of farmers to know, abide by and use the law, and effectively maintained the stability of rural society. First, the main approach: (1) Clear the theme and make a plan. Students' "bringing the law home" is a large-scale practice of popularizing the law, involving all aspects of society. Only by careful organization, careful deployment and division of labor can we achieve the expected goal. To this end, in the past two years, the county has held several meetings every year, carefully studied the activities, carefully arranged the deployment, and adopted the method of "from point to area, from small to large" to spread the activities from one school to all middle schools in the county. At the beginning of April this year, in view of some problems existing in the process of carrying out this activity, the County Comprehensive Management Committee, the Bureau of Justice and the Education Bureau took the lead in holding a seminar on students' legal popularization practice in the county.
