According to modern psychology, the teaching process is a very complicated dynamic process involving teachers and students, which is always changing under the influence of teachers, students and the environment. Therefore, classroom teaching is full of changes and emergencies. Teachers must master teaching tact if they want to master the complex and changeable classroom dynamic system freely and successfully complete the teaching task. The second day after each student goes back to school is the most difficult day for our teacher, especially the morning reading and the first class in the morning. The children are in a particularly poor mental state, listless and weak. At this time, our teacher will use educational wit to arouse students' enthusiasm, otherwise this class will be meaningless.
The students looked listless in the morning reading, so I quickly changed my plan and finished reciting in a limited time to meet the standard. If I don't want to study hard, I'm not allowed to speak. I want to see how dare I communicate with others after I can't speak this language, and I want to test whether these children have recited it carefully. So I hung them for 5 minutes, then took out my dictation book and handed it in immediately, and I corrected it myself. The results show that most students are still sloppy and feel that they have learned, but there are still some low-level mistakes. I told my children that this is to remind them that they can no longer be smart, and they must be down-to-earth and willing to study hard, so that they will have more gains and joy! In the morning class, I saw that several students were sleepy, so I asked them to discuss in groups first, and work together in groups to solve the problems on the test paper. Then, according to the difficulty of the questions, I asked students of the corresponding degree to explain them to you as small teachers, and I will answer the important and difficult questions, so the children's sense of sleepiness disappeared, and the class ended easily and the harvest was full! I ask students who fail to meet the standards in early reading to meet the standards again before school in the afternoon. Every time between classes, three or four students will take the initiative to meet the standards with me, and most of them can meet the high standards as long as they remember carefully. Only recently did I gradually realize that the pressure and motivation of children are forced out!
The wit of education covers every day, every point and every drop of our education and teaching activities. In the process of education and teaching, we should be good at finding problems, adjust our mentality in time, be neither arrogant nor impetuous, and love every student with sincerity. Only in this way can we eliminate "hot temper", reduce "impatience", avoid "reprimanding" students like a storm, and open and induce students in a "gentle" way.
