China's needs:
The spread of Montessori education in China is from coastal areas to inland areas, from big cities to small and medium-sized cities, from unit parks and private parks to parks run by education departments, and now it has spread all over the country (in June 2009, 165438+ 10, Huaxia Baby-Friendly Montessori Education Center established a Montessori teaching point in Lhasa, Xizang Autonomous Region, the last provincial area where Montessori education was not implemented).
However, the lack of teachers and unqualified teachers have also become the bottleneck of the development of most Montessori gardens. It is estimated that there are about 300,000 Montessori teachers in China, and the qualified rate of existing Montessori teachers is less than 13%.
At present, there is no major related to early education in colleges and universities in China, and there is no systematic training of Montessori teachers. Early education was introduced late in China, mainly due to the introduction of this international education system by private institutions.
