Military training is conducted in China according to the requirements of the National Defense Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Military Service Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the National Defense Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China's Decision on Education System Reform.
Military training is the basic form for students to receive national defense education, an important measure to cultivate "four haves" talents, and an extremely effective means to train and reserve reserve military reserve soldiers and reserve officers and strengthen national defense forces. "Military training" can be traced back to the slave society in Xia, Shang and Zhou Dynasties, and there are records of military training for students in subsequent dynasties.
The purpose of military training is to improve students' political consciousness, stimulate patriotic enthusiasm, carry forward the spirit of revolutionary heroism, cultivate the spirit of perseverance and hard struggle, enhance the concept of national defense and organizational discipline, develop a good style of study and life, and master basic military knowledge and skills.
It is one of the training contents of common subjects to train soldiers, troops and detachments in queue. The purpose is to correct the soldiers' posture, maintain a strict military appearance, develop uniform, forbidden and disciplined habits, cultivate a fast, accurate and coordinated style, and lay a good foundation for mastering technical and tactical actions.
Training content:
The implementation procedures and methods of queue training: usually explain first, then practice; Decomposition first, then coherence; Act alone first, then act as a team. Combination of explanation and demonstration, tutoring one by one. In order to test and improve the queue training quality of troops and detachments, competitions, drills and military parades can also be adopted.
Primary schools and junior middle schools should incorporate the content of national defense education into relevant courses, combine classroom teaching with extracurricular activities, and carry out national defense education for students. Conditional primary schools and junior high schools can organize students to carry out juvenile military school activities with the theme of national defense education. The administrative department of education, the Communist Youth League and other relevant departments shall strengthen the guidance and management of the activities of juvenile military schools.
