1. The music room administrator should make use records and scrap damage records.
2. Do a good job in routine basic work. "Quality comes from routine" is the most basic criterion of any management work. In order to do this management work well, the Music Room will make the following plans:
(1) Keep the tables and chairs in the music classroom in good condition, and keep all kinds of teaching materials and equipment in order, clean and orderly.
(2) Do a good job in account book registration. The general ledger of music equipment is registered by the general affairs office, so as to be aware of it. Check with the administrator at the end of the period to ensure that the accounts are consistent.
(3) Make regular records. Teachers should fill in the equipment use registration form every time they use the equipment, and the music classroom should fill in the registration form in time and fill in the records of each class.
