Is Confucius the originator of quality education?
We often talk about quality education now, but in my opinion, few people really understand what quality education is. In fact, according to my research, Confucius, the great sage in the history of China, is the real master of quality education.

Some people may ask what is the standard for Confucius to accept disciples? The Confucius himself said, "I don't know how to tie myself up." Even if you go there to study, as long as you prepare ten pieces of dried meat as tuition, it can be understood as a gift, and Confucius teaches knowledge equally. Unlike some snobbish teachers now: I respect you as an official's child and despise you as a poor common people; If you study well, I will give you a partial meal. If you are an idiot, I will give up.

Confucius accepted all kinds of students, including rich children and poor children, smart and studious, stupid, impatient and slow-tempered. In order to teach every student well, he sets everyone's education mode according to each student's characteristics, especially his shortcomings, instead of adopting an equal and unified way. For example, both Luz and You Ran were very proud students of Confucius. Lutz is characterized by impatience and likes to be eager for success in anything. On the other hand, You Ran is timid, always timid. Confucius adopted a completely different teaching method for them. Once, two people asked the same question: What did I hear and what should I do immediately? Confucius took the opposite answer. Confucius adopted a repressive education method for Luz, saying that there were fathers and brothers on it. Why did he do it when he heard about it? For You Ran, we should take an encouraging attitude: when we hear the news, we should act immediately.

Sima Niu is also Confucius' favorite pupil. Sima Niu's characteristics are "talkative and impatient", that is, he is talkative and impatient, and he has some imagination about Lutz, but he is also sentimental. According to his situation, Confucius prescribed the right medicine and adopted corresponding teaching methods. For example, Sima Niu asked what benevolence was, and Confucius replied, "Benevolence means being very careful when you speak, and you can't talk nonsense at will." Another time, Sima Niu asked a gentleman, and Confucius answered his sentimental shortcoming: "A gentleman is not worried or afraid." Sima Niu further asked, "Can you be a gentleman without worry or fear?" This time, Confucius did not answer directly, but persuaded from the opposite side: "A gentleman has a clear conscience, what are you afraid of?"

Confucius once made a more pertinent evaluation of his four students: "Gao Chai is relatively straight, Zeng Shen is relatively slow, Zhang Zi is relatively extreme, and Luz is relatively reckless." Especially Luz, among all the disciples of Confucius, he appeared in The Analects of Confucius the most times, and Confucius criticized him the most, but we can still see that the relationship between teachers and students is relatively close. According to Lutz's character, Confucius has long asserted that "if you are right, you will not die", that is, he may not die well. Later, Luz went to be a servant of Kong Mao, a doctor of Wei State. In the fifteenth year of Lu Aigong, civil strife occurred in Wei, and Kong Mao was hijacked. Luz rushed to the capital to rescue the driver. Outside the city, he met Gao Chai, a doctor of Wei, who advised Luz not to go to town. Lutz said: "I should take Kong Mao's salary to rescue." As a result, he was killed and chopped into minced meat after entering the city. Confucius was very sad and asked the students to pour out all the original meat sauce in the kitchen, for fear that they would not remember the way.
