I. About corrections and amendments

1. Revision of exercise books

The most important thing after correcting homework is to correct it. Every class has children who haven't handed in their homework, and some children are too lazy to change their homework and forget to change it.

In order to finish today's work, colleagues thought a lot of strategies. The most commonly used method is the roll call check method: after correcting, all correct books will not be distributed, and the wrong books will be revised and handed in after revision. Before the start of school, the teacher counted the books and found that the numbers were not uniform, so he called the roll to check.

I used this trick, but it has shortcomings.

First, I miss one or two books almost every day, so I have to go to class before going to school to find out the children who forget to correct them, which is time-consuming; Second, I feel more and more that correcting homework seems to be an oppressed thing, which makes me and my students feel bad; When I was a little busy, some children haven't modified it yet; I need to check it twice a day. I must check my homework and homework in class I feel bored.

Then I thought of a way, and it worked well.

First of all, every child should remember his student number, and I should be able to clearly know who the student number is. Write the student number next to the name of the child's exercise book and the student number next to the name of the test paper. After correcting homework every day, I ask the class representative to write down the student numbers of all the right children in several columns on the blackboard. This corner is called "the corner of success in mathematical tasks". Then, the wrong question will be revised, and your student number can be added after the revision.

Small changes usher in big changes.

I am very excited to find the correct child. I made a triangle, and they all ran back to the classroom and wrote their student numbers. I thought that only the right children would be happy, but the happiness of completing the task was so strong.

In the past, notebooks were required to be handed in every time, but not every time. Now the task is completed on the list, and the children who forget to hand it in will take the initiative to find it, saving the effort of inspection.

The correction is no longer urged, and the child is spontaneous and conscious, and acts quickly. Usually, the corner of success in math task writes "exercise book" in the morning, "classroom exercise book" at noon, and occasionally writes a unit exercise paper. In short, it can play a role when there is a math review task.

The revision of the inspection homework has changed from the feeling of "catching criminals" to the feeling of being on the "honor list", and my children and I are much happier.

In addition, for teachers, it is best to record the typical mistakes of children in the practice reflection of teaching auxiliary procedures. If you are busy, you can circle your own textbooks when correcting your children's exercise books, and circle the topics with the most mistakes, so that you can pay attention to them when reviewing, and at the same time accumulate your own experience in grasping the learning situation.

2. Correct the final exercise paper

At the end of each semester, the most difficult thing is to correct the review papers. Like me, there were more than 20 students in two classes/kloc-0 in previous years. These two classes have been tested, and it is a big problem to change them.

As a result, many diligent teachers took it home to correct it, changed it to 2 1 and 22 o'clock, and gave the correct answer in class the next day. I've been there, too. It's very painful. Bitterness leads to change.

I trained 10 girls as little assistants. Girls are chosen because they are relatively meticulous and quiet. Among them, six are top girls in mathematics, and four are girls with good Chinese scores and usually very capable but unstable mathematics. The latter will often improve their math scores after a period of time.

In fact, I chose such a child unconsciously at first, but I was surprised to find that her grades had improved. Let me analyze the advantages of being a little assistant.

First of all, the little assistant's paper is a face-to-face sign, and the face-to-face sign must have its advantages; Secondly, as a little assistant, you can correct papers at the earliest, know the scores, make children feel very proud and increase their self-confidence; Third, in the process of correction, she will encounter different problem-solving methods. Sometimes she doesn't understand, and she doesn't know if it's right, so she will ask me, and she will learn one more method. Sometimes when she understands, her thoughts will spread.

If there is an exam that day, after school, I will take my little assistant to the empty classroom. I will grade their papers first, and after analyzing and correcting them, I will ask them to grade 65,438+00 each, and the person who finishes the task first will grade 65,438+0 or 2.

Second, about daily finishing.

1. Calculated every day

A large part of children's math performance is calculation problems, especially in poor classes.

I asked the children to prepare a small "daily calculation" book-cut the arithmetic book in the middle, half a book for each person, one for each day, one for calculation on the left and one for correction on the right.

At the end of class, I will say: ready, count every day, go! I wrote a big formula on the blackboard and the students calculated it by hand. When the calculation was finished, they immediately came to correct it for me. A topic, soon.

The right book is on the podium, and the wrong revision. When the right children get back to their seats and prepare for the next class, they will go outside to have a rest. What does it matter to finish class a minute or two early? Usually, the slowest child will only finish class three or four minutes later than others. ) From simple to complex, it is not difficult or boring for children to calculate together every day.

The time can be adjusted slightly. For example, I'm teaching grade four now, and I'm learning to multiply numbers recently. I made a lot of mistakes at first, so I gave the question a few minutes in advance. After two weeks, few children will make mistakes, so I will give the question a few minutes late.

Computing units are usually not arranged consecutively. The next unit is geometry knowledge, you can continue to consolidate multiplication and writing, and then the next unit is division, so you should start practicing division. After dividing the unit, you can practice multiplication and division day after day.

Site layout correction, did not feel the burden, easily achieve the purpose of consolidation.

2. One question a day

This is designed for children with good math foundation, which is generally related to the recent expansion of learning content. It is also everyone's notebook, and there is a daily math success list on the blackboard. At noon every day, I will write the difficult problem on the blackboard.

If children can solve their own problems successfully before going to school, they can get two five-pointed stars and write them on the success table in the order of success. If the child comes home successfully, he will get a five-pointed star. Children who can't do it should also copy the questions and think, regardless of whether they have changed them or not, and hand them in the next day.

I take time to explain my homework every two or three days. It's better for children who can't do it to listen and copy than never to touch it.

If children are not interested in math problems, or there are too few capable young people in the class, then the difficulty of the problems can be reduced to the difficulty of those error-prone application problems in textbooks, which can be regarded as solving problems every day.

Third, about the general review strategy.

Review regularly. I used to do this. First, review the contents of the book according to the arrangement of the textbook and complete the corresponding classroom assignments. Then, buy one or two sets of test papers every year, then take the exam, then correct the test papers all night, and analyze them with your lungs against the test papers the next day. I'm so tired, haha, no matter whether the effect is obvious or not, the good boy is bored, and it's wrong to send the child, and the next one is wrong, and the class is also boring.

In order to alleviate the boredom of the general review, I also pondered several tricks at that time:

For example, deliberately hold a key disclosure meeting before the exam (that is, practice the disclosure of similar questions in the test paper), which will arouse students' high listening, and then test and test the mastery. This is actually to evaluate in advance, and it can also improve students' enthusiasm.

Another trick is to change the paper twice. If you don't grade the paper for the first time, you can correct it, hand it out, take another 20 minutes, roll it up, make another mistake and write down the score. This 20-minute reflection and correction effect is absolutely the best.

These two tricks are quite good in the circulation of test papers, which can melt the boring atmosphere. But I still feel very tired. It's really tiring to talk about crowd tactics.

I've been teaching senior one myself, so I can't always review so painfully, can I? You have to have your own review skills, right? So, I tried the three-round review method of graduation review.

The first round: knowledge combing

At this stage, children don't even feel that they have entered the general review, and they are still practicing lesson by lesson, just like the new teaching. Because many knowledge points have been forgotten, at this time, it is necessary to connect the points into pieces and make them alive again, which is similar to relearning.

In the order of knowledge review, I borrowed Selected Graduation Reviews edited by Lu Changran. The classification of this book is very clear, and it is developed according to a more reasonable framework.

I will prepare lessons one by one according to its catalogue and make courseware. Some knowledge points are sorted out and taught by using the information in this book. There are many problems in the book, some of which are difficult, deep and old, so I abandoned them. I only choose some of them, and some problems will be left to gifted students as daily problems. I don't need to copy the questions, just write the first few questions on the page of the scene.

This period of time is very pleasant, completely in the state of learning new lessons, and it will take about one month to finish this book and sort out the knowledge. In the stage of combing knowledge, don't dig deep into knowledge points, mainly review the basic knowledge.

At this stage, the knowledge we review is distributed in blocks, and we try to get every child involved. For example, children should recall how the area of a plane figure was derived at the beginning and what is the connection between them. I often say to my children, what grade did you learn this knowledge? You are different now. What do you think is the solution now? What do you think? At this time, children will be more confident.

The second round: strategic promotion

At this stage, the review content belongs to the spool type. From this knowledge point to that knowledge point, review the knowledge points that use the same strategy together, with the emphasis on strategy improvement. Strategies such as sketching, assuming, grasping invariants and seeking "1" are all extended by grasping the wrong questions, and the classroom still presents a new teaching state.

What does it mean to grasp the wrong topic extension? For example, in the first round of review, we found that it is easy for children to make mistakes in finding the area of a ring, and it is also very wrong for two three-dimensional figures to find the surface area together. Then I designed a class, starting from the students' wrong questions, focusing on improving the strategy of sketch problem solving. I think this kind of class is particularly effective. Don't worry, just talk about one or two questions in one class, so that every child can draw a picture and form the basic strategy of sketching.

At this stage, children's math homework can choose the review questions in textbooks and supporting exercise books. The total review content of the textbook is relatively simple, with a large span and few class hours, which is suitable for the second round of review.

The third round: the variation of volume evaluation

Mainly testing, commenting and analyzing. You don't need many tests, but you have to pass the wrong questions in a paper and extend them to an exercise. So I often have to take two or three classes to analyze a paper, and practice while analyzing it.

Test paper analysis courseware is very effective, because it is convenient for us to practice variants in class and present students' wrong questions.

Due to the persistence of three rounds of review, my paper completion finally fell behind. However, I can't finish it and I don't want to assign too much homework. What should I do? I sifted through the good questions in the exercise paper. Choosing a topic requires energy and the ability of the top students in the class.

At that time, I gave four children with excellent math learning and spare capacity, five of them, and 20 exercise papers that were done by other classes but not done by our class, so that they could be small teachers to find good questions. The standard I gave is: the types of questions are rare, not difficult, but easy to make mistakes.

They are happy to get the papers that no one else has, and they choose them carefully. The two children actually did all the problems. I was surprised at the time. Oh, you don't have to do that. Is it too hard? The child said, it's okay. It'll be ready soon. After I finished writing, I exchanged answers to some questions with them, and then I was more sure which questions were easy to make mistakes.

I said this sentence in math class and bowed with other children in the class to thank them for their personal efforts in math learning in the class. However, in the process of shouldering this mission, didn't the children gain anything by themselves? There must be.

Fourthly, about the application of eugenics.

The top student in the class must be our assistant. While helping others, I will grow a lot.

First of all, find two or three children who are the most capable to pair up with the children with weak math foundation but some aura in the class. Things can be done more grandly, and children will be very happy to be hired as a special math class with a small prize.

After pairing, children with weak foundation can only ask their own math superfine products when they encounter homework that they can't do. If you want to teach superfine products, you must teach them, but you can't directly show your homework to your disciples, and you can't directly tell the answers.

We should teach quality products some methods, such as drawing pictures and giving examples. They usually master these strategies quickly, and with their own experience in solving problems, they can generally help children with learning difficulties.

Sometimes, super products get together and help each other teach. The master will be particularly pleased with the way to tell the disciples about the super-class products and the super-class products.

If you meet a math "student with learning difficulties", there is no real foundation and no possibility of sustainable development, there is no need to put pressure on your child. Let those children do addition and subtraction within 20 minutes first. Let the eugenics ask questions, and let the eugenics grade. The addition and subtraction within 20 are very skilled, and oral calculations can be done. Continue to do the addition and subtraction within 100, and arrange for them to recite the multiplication formula every day after they get to the point where they can orally calculate the results. We stick to a principle, don't give them too many tasks, and start with the simplest, one by one. Insist on studying similar problems, not talking about calculation and graphics, but let gifted students teach from their own teaching.

Five, about daily lesson preparation

Preparing lessons, very often, we like to search all kinds of teaching plans, and then modify the integrated design according to the teaching materials, and then take classes, which will take a lot of time and may take public classes to do it.

I have always been like this, and then I feel that I have really entered a misunderstanding. It is really impossible to spend a lot of time preparing lessons every day, but we must carefully read the teaching objectives and teaching references in teachers' books, and then determine the basic teaching steps.

After determining my own teaching steps, I can download some courseware to see other people's ideas, and then integrate and modify them for my use.
