Students write their own comments according to their usual performance and comprehensive quality evaluation requirements.
2. Mutual evaluation
According to the requirements of comprehensive quality evaluation, combined with students' usual performance, students' self-evaluation and class students' mutual evaluation, write evaluation opinions.
3. Class evaluation group evaluation
On the basis of students' self-evaluation and mutual evaluation, the class evaluation team completes the sub-evaluation table of students' comprehensive quality evaluation by observing, interviewing and reading the student growth record bag and referring to the results of mutual evaluation.
The evaluation of students' comprehensive quality should start with the overall performance of students, and should be cautious when taking daily fragmentary facts and records as the evaluation basis to avoid generalizing.
For the differences among the members of the evaluation team, we should make an evaluation conclusion through collective research and in accordance with the principle that the minority is subordinate to the majority.
Major differences in principle should be submitted to the school evaluation Committee for study and decision.
The evaluation results shall be reported to the school evaluation committee for review and confirmation.
Third, the evaluation content. The comprehensive quality evaluation of ordinary senior high school students includes six aspects: moral quality, civic accomplishment, learning ability, communication and cooperation, physical education and health, aesthetics and performance.
1. Moral quality. Love the motherland, people, labor, science and socialism; Law-abiding, honest and trustworthy, maintaining public morality, caring for the collective and protecting the environment.
2. Civic literacy. Self-confidence, self-esteem, self-improvement, self-discipline and diligence; Responsible for personal behavior; Actively participate in public welfare activities; Have a sense of social responsibility.
3. Learning ability. Have the desire and interest to learn, can use various learning methods to improve their learning level, and have the habit of reflecting on their learning process and learning results; Able to complete the experimental operations specified by physics, chemistry, biology and other disciplines; Be able to combine the knowledge of different disciplines and use the existing experience and skills to analyze and solve problems independently; Have preliminary research and innovation ability.
4. Exchange and cooperation. Be able to set goals with others and strive to achieve them, respect and understand others' views and situations, and be able to evaluate and restrain their own behavior; Can comprehensively use various methods of communication and cooperation.
5. Exercise and health. Love sports, form the habit of physical exercise, have the ability to exercise, certain sports skills and strong physique, and form a healthy lifestyle.
6. Aesthetics and expression. Can feel and appreciate the beauty in life, nature, art and science, and has a healthy aesthetic taste; Take an active part in artistic activities and perform artistic expression in various ways.
Fourth, evaluate the time.
Self-assessment at least once every academic year. Every academic year, the section chief organizes a mutual evaluation or random evaluation.
Fifth, organize implementation.
The school set up a leading group for comprehensive quality evaluation of ordinary senior high school students, headed by the principal, and the list of members was reported to the education administrative department for the record. The school leading group is responsible for formulating the detailed rules for the implementation of the comprehensive quality evaluation of school students, organizing the implementation of the evaluation work, examining and approving the evaluation results, and accepting applications for consultation, appeal and reconsideration.
