Can rural education catch up with urban education? what do you think?
It is difficult for rural education to catch up with urban education in a short time, which is influenced by many factors, mainly including the following five aspects: First, parents in different environments have a gap in consciousness. Compared with parents in rural areas, parents in cities have higher cultural quality and more advanced educational concepts, which can provide better educational resources, cultivate children's broader horizons and even create more opportunities for children. Second, there are differences in the quality of students. It should be believed that students are actually born equal, but they are actually very different after entering school. For example, from the first grade of primary school, urban children can do it before primary school, and kindergarten education is the most advanced and best condition for educating children. Then children have developed in all aspects of IQ and EQ in advance, so communication and teaching between children will be relatively easy, and children will learn better. Relatively speaking, at present, the popularity of kindergartens in rural areas in China is not very high, and parents in rural areas are not particularly good at preschool education for their children, and they do not pay too much attention to preschool education. Therefore, the differences between students will also lead to differences in the quality of education, because teachers make the same efforts and receive different results. Third, the cultivation of interest. Children in cities with gaps, whether parents or schools, pay special attention to the development of children's comprehensive quality. In addition to studying, parents will also enroll their children in various interest classes: calligraphy, dance, painting, guzheng, piano, taekwondo … Basically, every child will be different. There are also various clubs in the school, such as reading club, astronomy club, drum band and dance team ... students have more choices and experiences. Parents in rural areas do not pay attention to this aspect of training, and schools only pay attention to learning. Fourth, there are differences in hardware facilities. There is a big difference between rural schools and urban schools now. First of all, it is reflected in the hardware conditions of the school. Nowadays, rural schools are very different from urban education in terms of teaching equipment and experimental equipment. At present, primary and secondary schools in many cities have opened laboratories, almost all of which have computer courses, and music and art have special instruments and tools, but for most rural schools, these things are rare or even absent. Or very few, so from this perspective, there is a big gap. Fifth, there is a gap in teaching staff. The most fundamental difference between rural education and urban education, that is, the most fundamental gap lies in the faculty. Because the city is relatively comfortable and convenient and the working conditions are relatively good, few teachers are willing to stay in the countryside as teachers. Although our country has a policy of encouraging teachers to go to the countryside at present, the gap in teaching treatment between rural areas and cities at present makes some teachers unable to educate in rural areas with peace of mind. Therefore, the shortage of rural education teachers is the fundamental reason for rural and urban education. It takes ten years to plant trees and a hundred years to educate people. Education cannot be achieved overnight, and it needs the efforts of generation after generation. We should improve the educational environment in rural areas. As a rural family, parents' own emphasis on education determines whether their children can go to school. A low level of education means a high level of educational awareness. Through the efforts of several generations, we will catch up one day.
