Team education

The pre-employment education of new workers generally adopts the method of "bringing the old with the new" or "mentoring". The education content includes the safety production situation, work nature and responsibility scope of this workshop, this team and this post. The necessary safety knowledge and skills of new workers engaged in post operation, the performance and function of various machinery and equipment and safety protection articles, the use and management of personal protection articles, etc.
