According to the "Regulations on Continuing Education for Professional and Technical Personnel", professional and technical personnel can make up for their continuing education hours by the following ways:

Article 8? Professional and technical personnel to participate in continuing education time should be not less than 90 hours a year, of which professional subjects are generally not less than two-thirds of the total hours.

Professional and technical personnel to participate in continuing education in the following ways, included in my continuing education hours:

(a) Attending training courses, seminars or refresher courses.

(two) to participate in relevant continuing education practice activities.

(four) to participate in academic conferences, academic lectures, academic visits and other activities.

(five) other ways in accordance with the provisions.

The specific measures for determining the mode and hours of continuing education shall be formulated by the administrative departments of human resources and social security of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.

Problems needing attention in continuing education of professional and technical personnel

Employers and technicians need to complete unit registration and individual registration respectively on the public service platform for professional and technical personnel. Those who have not registered their accounts will not be able to upload their grades and print their continuing education certificates.

The professional course scores of professional and technical personnel with correct household registration are uploaded by the training center in batches on the public service platform of professional and technical personnel in Henan Province every half month, and individuals or units do not have to report the time by themselves.

After the professional course results are uploaded, the employer must first pass the examination in the to-do list of the users of the public service platform for professional and technical personnel in Henan Province, and then print the electronic certificate of continuing education after the examination by the competent department and the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau step by step.
