In order to strengthen the construction of patriotism education base and give full play to the important role of patriotism education base in this city, according to the Outline for the Implementation of Patriotism Education in the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the last Sunday of April every year is the Publicity Day of Patriotism Education Base. On the day of "Publicity Day", the three-level education bases in cities, districts (counties) and streets (towns) should carry out publicity activities and gradually open them to young students free of charge all day.
