The new education aims to make education innovate and develop continuously.

Traditionally, the concept of new education is limited to students with special needs. However, this concept is developing into an idea that children and adolescents should have equal learning opportunities, regardless of their cultural and/or social background and different abilities.

The new environment mainly includes the following aspects: (1) Respect, understand and ensure diversity (the education system, schools and teachers mainly give feedback to students' expectations and needs); (2) Closely coordinate with other social policies to provide effective and equal access to similar education and curriculum frameworks. The ultimate goal of new education is to better provide a fair learning environment and learning opportunities for the whole people.
