The teacher's business tone
There are several key points in your transfer: first, you have settled the receiving unit, and second, your current school has to agree to let you go. Third, the education bureau of the receiving place and the current work place should agree to receive and release people respectively, and then the local personnel bureau agrees. Generally speaking, if both education bureaus have negotiated, the local personnel department will also agree. The specific procedure is: the receiving unit should send a business transfer letter to your current school (schools below middle school have no personnel rights, and this business transfer letter should be sent by the Education Bureau). If your current unit agrees to transfer you out, it will sign an opinion on the business transfer letter and report it to the Education Bureau for study. After agreeing, they will sign and stamp their opinions. Of course, all this can only work smoothly if you do it in private. Good luck!
