Open the PPT software, create a new presentation, and click the "Design" column in the top toolbar for the next operation;
Find "Slide Size" on the right side of the toolbar above, and select "16:9" widescreen setting, or click "Custom Size" to set it according to your own requirements;
Select "Page Setup", select the slide orientation as "portrait", and click "OK" to finish the operation;
In the new window, click "Make sure it fits" so that the added slides can be reduced;
Delete all text boxes in the slide to insert pictures;
Click "Insert" to add a picture that needs to be made into a poster, drag it to a suitable position, and adjust the size of the picture by pulling the diagonal of the picture;
Click Insert and then click Shape to add a graphic shape (rectangle or circle is appropriate) to add text to the graphic;
