Random education for children
With the deepening of preschool education reform, people's educational concept has undergone fundamental changes. In order to promote children's all-round, healthy and harmonious development, we attach importance to planned and systematic teaching in the process of one-day activity education in kindergartens, and also attach importance to children's random education in daily activities.

The so-called random education refers to the education that is temporarily organized by objectively provided educational opportunities outside the teacher's education plan. Children are still young and their thinking is concrete. The examples captured by random education are often situational and intuitive, and are easy to be understood and accepted by children. In my work practice, I have a deep understanding of the implementation of random education. Let me talk about my own experience on this issue.

First, pay attention to the infiltration of random education and promote the development of young children.

Children have obvious emotional characteristics in the process of receiving education and learning knowledge. Their attention, memory, thinking and imagination are very random and dominated by emotions. When they are attracted and inspired by something or imagination, their thinking is extremely active, there are many question marks in their minds, and their language expression is vivid, so they are easy to accept adult education. Therefore, teachers should pay attention to seize the opportunity of random education in all aspects of the day's activities, conduct random education for children, and promote their better development in all aspects.

1. Stimulate children's beautiful emotions with random education.

Emotion is people's attitude and experience towards objective things. Children's emotions are impulsive and unstable, and positive and healthy emotions cannot be formed overnight. Therefore, teachers should pay attention to the subtle influence of some small things in one day's activities on the formation of children's emotions, observe carefully, be good at grasping opportunities, cultivate children's emotions, and use their own emotional contagion children. Once, I put a goldfish bowl and a goldfish in the natural corner of my class, which made the children very happy. At noon the next day, I went to work in the afternoon and walked into the classroom. My eyes were attracted by many small paper goldfish beside the goldfish bowl. I was touched when I looked at the children inquiringly and got answers from them. It turns out that children feel that a goldfish is very lonely, so they send their little goldfish to the little goldfish in the goldfish bowl as a companion. Yuan Yuan also came to me and said, "Teacher Zhang, teacher Zhang, our children have so many small partners, but there is only one little goldfish, which is very pitiful, so we give our little goldfish as friends." Son, you said something to me. I think children's words are the most beautiful in the world, and children's hearts are the best in the world. Isn't this a good time for teachers to inspire and cultivate children's goodwill? So I let the children speak freely and express their wishes and expectations freely. Finally, I said to the child, "Your heart is really good. Teacher Zhang is very touched. Let's care about the little goldfish together in the future! " "Since then, children have devoted more childlike love to the little goldfish and the corner of nature. In our daily work, our teachers should make good use of the opportunities generated in the activities and sow the seeds of sincere and beautiful human feelings in the young hearts of children with their own words and deeds.

2. Use random education to cultivate children's observation ability and cultivate children's spirit of active exploration and knowledge.

Teaching activities often refer to teachers' purposeful and planned collective education activities for children. Children learn knowledge, master skills and develop intelligence in this link, which is an important part of one-day activities in kindergartens. However, in activities, unexpected things often happen. At this time, how to change passivity into initiative and conduct random education? I remember an outdoor activity, a big caterpillar fell from the magnolia tree in front of the classroom. This big caterpillar is surprisingly big, long, tender and green, which is really unpleasant. I told my children that the big caterpillar is poisonous and the skin will be allergic if bitten by it. Don't touch it. With that, he moved it to the corner with branches.

I thought children would avoid such terrible caterpillars. However, this group of children are very interested in this. Around it tightly, some poked it with sticks, some touched it with stones, some tried to hold it down with leaves, some shrank their hands and stared at it with wide eyes, and some muttered, "Come on, come on, there is a snake!" " I thought: it's scary. What is there to see? So I rang the tambourine, but the children were still interested. "Why are children so interested in big caterpillars?" I couldn't help walking over. Seeing me coming, the children pulled me and asked me, "Teacher, what does the big caterpillar eat?" "Why are its clothes the same as those of Yang Yang?" "Does the big caterpillar have a mother?" "Where is the home of the big caterpillar?" ..... Children ask, I answer, I watch, and discuss with them. Suddenly I think the big caterpillar is cute, too. It began to walk, its body arched, it worked hard, and it climbed very fast.

We talked around the big green bug for a long time until the children left one by one. The next day, I changed my teaching plan and organized a science education activity. I told the children a lot about caterpillars with the help of wall charts. The children are scrambling to talk, and the more they talk, the more they love to talk. The teaching effect is excellent. I am so pleased to see the excited eyes of the children. It would be a pity if I missed this accidental opportunity.

The children are full of curiosity about the things around them: why is this so high? Why did it move? Why does it flow to the sea? Why does the eagle bully the chicken? ..... countless why want to find the answer. Our teachers must control their emotions, seize opportunities flexibly and avoid hurting children's enthusiasm. Their love for life and nature and their concern for things around them will have an impact on their later lives.

3. In the game activities, strengthen random education and cultivate children's good behavior habits.

Children can't live without games, especially role games. In the role game, children play adults at will and imitate the adults they admire. They fully express themselves and communicate with others. Because role games are loved by children, they have a great educational effect on children and are varied. It is very necessary and important to use role games to strengthen the cultivation of children's behavior habits. Once, I organized a supermarket role game, and children in Yang Yang accidentally knocked over the table. The toys on the table spilled all over the floor, and the children immediately began to make trouble. Faced with this situation, I am very calm. I called the children who were shopping in the supermarket to clean up the toys on the ground and rearrange the doll's house. Then I said to everyone in a game tone: "Just now, the doll family accidentally knocked over the table, so you should be careful when playing games in the future."
