Harbin Preschool Teachers College is a public college approved by the Ministry of Education. Its predecessor, Harbin Kindergarten Teachers College, is the earliest normal school in Heilongjiang Province. Founded in 1952, it has been running for 70 years.

1952, Simple Normal School, the earliest normal school in Harbin, opened two classes for kindergarten teachers, which was the earliest professional education institution recorded in Harbin historical materials and the predecessor of Harbin Kindergarten Teachers College. The 80 graduates of the first kindergarten teacher class have become a new force on the front of preschool education in Harbin.
1955 The Ministry of Education has equipped ten normal schools all over the country, one of which is Harbin Kindergarten Normal School, which is under construction. 1958, Harbin Kindergarten Normal School was formally established. By 1960, the school had developed into 14 teaching classes (kindergarten teachers' classes, kindergarten directors' classes and tutorial classes). From 65438 to 0980, Harbin Preschool Normal School was identified as the receiving unit of UNICEF by UNICEF and the Ministry of Education.
