Zhengzhou High-tech Industrial Development Zone, referred to as Zhengzhou High-tech Zone for short, is located in the northwest of Zhengzhou city. It is the first development zone initiated by Henan Province in 199 1, the first batch of national high-tech zones approved by the State Council in 1965438, the core area of Luo Zheng National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone approved by the State Council in 20 16, the national innovative science and technology park and the national dual-innovation demonstration base. Zhengzhou High-tech Zone covers an area of 99 square kilometers, with 5 offices and a built-up area of 66 square kilometers.

Shang Jie District, which belongs to Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, is located on the fan-shaped axis of the northern part of Henan Province, the North China Plain and the Yellow River alluvial plain, and it is the intersection of the eastern Henan Plain and the western Henan Hill. [3] The geographical coordinates are113 4'-119' and 34' north latitude. Shang Jie District is adjacent to Chengguan Town of Xingyang City in the east, southeast and northeast, Liuhe Town of Xingyang City in the south, Mihe Town of gongyi city in the southwest, Gaoshan Town of Xingyang City in the west, Sishui Town of Xingyang City in the northwest and Wangcun Town of Xingyang City in the north, with an administrative area of 64.7 square kilometers.
