According to information from official website of Quanzhou Peiyuan Education Bureau, Quanzhou Peiyuan Middle School is a first-class middle school in Fujian Province, ranking sixth in the high school enrollment line in 2023. Quanzhou Peiyuan Middle School is a public high school founded by Cambridge University graduate An Lishi in Quanzhou on 1904. In the early days of running a school, the school was cared for by Dr. Sun Yat-sen, the forerunner of China revolution. From 1920 to 1, Dr. Sun Yat-sen took the lead in donating money to Peiyuan Middle School, and wrote "Xiexing Education" on the title page of the donation book.
