Bo Qifang, a native of Tianjin, graduated from Zhejiang Guang (now Zhejiang Media College). Later, he obtained a degree in journalism from School of Communication, Nanjing Normal University, and is currently studying for a master's degree in education at Nanjing Normal University. National first-class announcer, now the host of Jiangsu Education TV Station, has presided over columns such as Fulcrum, Walking in Language Forest, Education Survey and Urban Legend.
