Whether the discipline inspection and supervision institutions can perform their duties efficiently and whether the discipline inspection and supervision work can be carried out smoothly is directly responsible to the discipline inspection and supervision office. In recent years' work practice, I mainly have the following experiences.

First of all, we must have an accurate functional orientation.

Second, we should have clear working ideas.
