How to effectively improve the quality of primary education and teaching is the unshirkable responsibility of every teacher. Based on my own teaching practice, this paper talks about my superficial understanding of how to effectively improve the quality of primary education and teaching. First, pay attention to management. It is often said that quality is the requirement of management. The core of management is evaluation. The way of evaluation is very important, which can be said to be the baton of education and teaching. If this baton deviates from the direction, then the quality is ineffective. Traditionally, education is divided into three stages: primary school, junior high school and senior high school. Different stages should have different evaluation priorities. Primary education, the most important thing is to cultivate students' good habits. Therefore, the evaluation of primary education should focus on daily management, the cultivation of learning interests and habits, and the effect of activities. The most important thing in junior high school education is to cultivate students' research consciousness, innovative spirit and practical ability. Therefore, the evaluation of junior high school education mainly tends to test ability. High school education is the window of education display and the symbol of teaching level. It has aroused widespread concern in society. As long as the college entrance examination is used for "selection" and "selection", in order to take more undergraduate courses and improve the enrollment rate, then "education should cope with the college entrance examination" will continue to exist. High school is the college entrance examination, and the enrollment rate is the lifeline. From primary school, junior high school to senior high school, from training education and ability training to college entrance examination selection, it comes down in one continuous line and relays step by step. Cultivation is the foundation, ability is the backbone, choice is branches and leaves, and it is flowering and fruiting. Only by laying a solid foundation, strengthening the trunk and broadening the branches and leaves can we bear fruitful results. Second, grasp the habit British Bacon said with deep feelings when talking about habits: "Habit is really a tenacious and huge force that can dominate a person's life. Therefore, people should cultivate a good habit through education from an early age. " Bacon's words do contain profound truth. When people unconsciously form habits, they also unconsciously create or hinder themselves. A good habit will benefit you for life. Statistics of teaching research at home and abroad show that for most students, 20% of learning quality is related to intelligence factors and 80% to non-intelligence factors. People who have made academic achievements at all times and all over the world have good study habits. The secret of success is to form good study habits from an early age. Therefore, to grasp the quality of education and teaching, we must start with cultivating students' good study habits. However, it is not enough for the class teacher to cultivate students' good study habits. The best way is to train a group of capable class cadres. Are the names of Zhuge Liang and Li Shimin familiar to everyone? If you want our head teacher to choose to learn from them, I wonder who you will choose? Zhuge Liang was wise all his life, but because he had to do everything himself, what happened? Sima Yi is right. "Wait, he is determined not to live long!" Sure enough, "but before he could conquer, he was dead, and the heroes cried on their coats." "There is no general in Shu, and Liao Hua is the pioneer." Shu has no successors and is about to perish. You see, Zhuge Liang is very talented, but he has not cultivated future generations. What about Li Shimin? It's different. He boldly used talents, admonished the people, and a large number of people did their jobs to help him manage the country in an orderly way, while he was in charge of the overall situation, taking his time and being peaceful and prosperous. Therefore, I think that as class teachers, we should be like Li Shimin, cultivate talents and boldly use class cadres. Childlike heart is a magical land. You sow an idea, and you will get the harvest of your behavior; If you sow behavior, you will reap habits; If you sow habits, you will reap morality; If you sow morality, you will reap the harvest of fate. It is also said that behavior forms habits, habits form character, and character determines fate. These words seem absolute, but good habits are really too important for life. People who develop good study habits have more potential energy than those who do not develop good habits and those who develop bad study habits. Therefore, to grasp the quality of teaching, we must first grasp the habits of students. Third, grasp the details. The boss of Haier Group said: "It is not simple to do simple things well" and "It is extraordinary to do ordinary things well". The teaching we are engaged in is an ordinary occupation. In order to make our ordinary work extraordinary, we must do ordinary things well and grasp every detail of teaching. Now many experts are discussing endlessly: what is the connotation of education, what is the essence of teaching, how to teach teaching and so on. Anyway, to be fair, it is reasonable, and the most unreasonable thing is that we teachers who are engaged in Chinese teaching. It is precisely because we are at a loss what to do that students forget words, mispronounce words and mispronounce words in today's diversified society. Simple mathematical calculation is not enough. When we are at a loss, we will always sigh, "In the past, our teachers didn't use any advanced theories, but our students rarely read wrong words and made mistakes." Therefore, we should calm down and change our thinking: as usual, we should start from mastering new words, reciting, formulas, concepts and classroom knowledge points and lay a solid foundation. Grasping every detail and forming habits in this way will definitely improve children's grades. Fourth, study hard. Let's not talk about these high-sounding words of "holding a book and talking to a master". I believe everyone still remembers: "Reading makes people full, discussion makes people witty, composition makes people accurate, and history makes people wise;" Poetry makes people wise; Mathematics makes people fine; Natural history is profound; The study of ethics makes people solemn; Logic and rhetoric are eloquent. " Bacon made the benefits of reading incisively and vividly. As teachers, what can we leave for our students? As far as students are concerned, some may be fascinated by the teacher's talk, some may be fascinated by the teacher's erudition, and some may be fascinated by the teacher's temperament. Sometimes a teacher's casual action may also inspire students' enthusiasm for struggle. In my opinion, as a teacher, the most important thing is to cultivate students' interest in reading and keep it, and finally internalize it into a way of life. Our students have nothing to say because of their poor sense of language, too little reading and accumulation. Our students can't understand the meaning of the question because they read too little, which leads to poor understanding. Let reading become a way of life for students-that will be the biggest gain in students' life. There are many factors to improve the quality of education and teaching. If quality is one of the goals of running a school, it is directly or indirectly related to all the work of the school, whether it is school management, moral education, education and teaching research, the construction of teachers, or even seemingly insignificant logistics and general affairs, which are directly or indirectly related to quality. A school, of course, should establish a school with quality, develop a school with quality and win development with quality. We have to admit that quality is the life of a school, the pursuit of school education and teaching, and the value of our educators.
