According to official website of Furong College, Zhong Fang Furong School is a public poverty alleviation school, and the construction project of Furong School is "the construction of primary and secondary schools in poverty-stricken areas in Hunan Province". This project is an important measure taken by the Hunan Provincial People's Government to improve the basic conditions for running schools in poverty-stricken areas in our province and implement the Plan for Poverty Alleviation through Education in Hunan Province (20 15-2020).

The construction project of Furong School has acquired 54 mu of land, and the design scale is 24 classes, which can accommodate 1080 students, with an average area of 28 square meters. The construction project includes 2 teaching buildings, 1 art building, 1 administration building (library) and other equipment. According to the relevant national standards for the construction of primary and secondary schools, each county will build 65,438 +0-2 primary and secondary schools with moderate scale, up-to-standard conditions, unified style, good running quality and management level, mainly for poor families.
