In September 2008, Chongqing No.8 Middle School founded "Chongqing No.8 Middle School Hongfan Junior High School (Private)". Shu Ren Middle School in Chongqing was transformed from a private school to a public school, and its junior middle school retained its original school name, which is still "Shu Ren Middle School in Chongqing", and its school address is Sunshine Watertown, Yanggongqiao, Shapingba District.

Chongqing No.8 Middle School, formerly known as private Shu Ren School, was founded in 1938.
