The introduction and narration are philosophical, informative and interesting, and they are rare documentaries in recent years. They don't talk about pictures, food, or the origin of wisdom embodied in them. I think, as far as explanation is concerned and exaggeration is concerned, every sentence is full of philosophy and wisdom of life, but it doesn't give people the feeling of preaching, sometimes it's just a little bit subtle.
