In this way, the child's personality will not be suppressed, but also play a role in decompression, so that the child can develop an open, straightforward, sunny and honest good student. Children will not be wronged, there will be no grievances, and there will be no questions. The establishment of such a spiritual communication platform can solve children's problems, solve the problem that children have nowhere to express their language, let children speak freely, let children say what they are afraid to say to their classmates and parents, and tell the shadows or knots caused by their families through the platform of "Heart Talk", so that their young hearts will no longer bear such a heavy burden, be unhappy, introverted and lonely. Provide them with a platform that can be released, so that students' spiritual life is happy and full, and their mental health is healthy.

Pupils need to communicate no matter how old they are. They need someone to listen and tell them. In particular, class teachers need to trust them like close friends and communicate with them sincerely. They are not learning machines. We should sit down, listen carefully to students' whispers, share happiness with them, encourage them to be strong and brave, and at the same time do psychological counseling, be their mentor and make students happy.

Class blog and "Xinyu" mailbox have become the common spiritual home of teachers, students and parents in our class. They can not only close the heart-to-heart distance between parents, teachers and students, but also understand students' psychological dynamics, observe their actions and open their hearts, which plays a very important role in better education students.

2. Be close to students and study them; Show yourself and establish prestige.
