1. Traditional features: Changle Road Primary School, the predecessor of Changle School, was approved by the Education Bureau as a painting and calligraphy craft school. Every year, students with artistic expertise are organized to have artistic exchanges with Honda Primary School in Osaka, Japan. And this artistic atmosphere has continued.

2. Dear teachers: There was once a famous teacher in Xuhui District-Mr. Wang, a senior middle school art teacher. (deceased). She trained two apprentices, Teacher Wang Weiqing and Teacher Fan Pei. These two teachers absorbed the unique teaching style, professionalism and innovative spirit of famous teachers in their teaching. For more than ten years, they have been playing their own specialty in the art teaching field of Changle school, studying hard, innovating constantly and forming their own style in teaching. Won prizes in teaching competitions and basic skills competitions in the district. Tutoring students can win prizes in various painting competitions.

They became the backbone teachers of Changle School, with Wang Weiqing as the teaching and research leader of the Art Troupe and Fan Pei as the general artistic director. Teacher Fan Pei is also a member of the Central Group of Xuhui District Art Teaching and Research Group, and the head of Xuhui District Art General Guidance Seminar.
