(3) Job hunting conditions
1. Professional requirements of the post. The specific requirements of each recruitment position are mainly formulated by the employer according to the characteristics of the industry and the needs of the unit, with reference to the relevant professional disciplines catalogue of the Ministry of Education. Majors that meet the needs of employers in the National Professional Catalogue of Technical Colleges formulated by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security can also apply. Candidates who have obtained a nationally recognized minor certificate or double-degree certificate in the general full-time higher education stage can use it together with the corresponding graduation certificate and apply for the exam according to the major indicated in the minor certificate and double-degree certificate.
2. Academic degree requirements. Applicants should obtain the academic degree certificate (including the certificate of studying abroad) required by the post conditions when registering. In addition to the academic qualifications and degrees of full-time college graduates in 2022 and returnees who graduated from domestic colleges and universities at the same time, and the relevant certificates of the Ministry of Education, they are allowed to take the exam in the form of "+tolerance" and get it before August 3 1 at the latest.
3. Teacher qualification certificate requirements. For those who have not yet obtained the teacher qualification certificate, according to the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Further Improving the Employment and Entrepreneurship of Young College Graduates (Guo Ban Fa [2022]13), in areas seriously affected by the epidemic, the qualification of teachers in primary and secondary schools, kindergartens and secondary vocational schools can be recognized before 65438+February 3, 2022. If a teacher fails to pass the teacher qualification examination and obtains the teacher qualification as scheduled, according to Article 2 of the Regulations on Teacher Qualification in People's Republic of China (PRC), "China citizens who are engaged in education and teaching in schools and other educational institutions at all levels shall obtain the teacher qualification according to law", they will automatically lose the qualification of openly recruiting primary and secondary school teachers.
4. Other applicable circumstances. China citizens among Hongkong and Macao residents can apply for qualified positions. Students from Taiwan Province Province who have obtained full-time college education in mainland China and other residents of Taiwan Province Province who have obtained recognized education in mainland China can apply for qualified positions. Full-time graduates of senior technical schools and technician colleges who have obtained the professional qualifications of senior workers and reserve technicians (including technicians) upon graduation may apply for qualified positions according to full-time higher vocational (junior college) and undergraduate graduates respectively.
Second, the recruitment position

The post conditions in the post summary table shall be formulated by the employer according to the characteristics of the industry and the actual situation of the unit. During the online registration period, whether the applicant's major, education, qualifications and work experience meet the requirements of the recruitment position shall be determined by the employer according to the post conditions published in this brochure.

Third, the registration process
Registration is carried out in accordance with the online registration, online preliminary examination, online payment and other processes, and each person is limited to one post. Before registering online, candidates must carefully read the "Full Text and Notes of Daiyue Vocational Education Center's Open Recruitment of Professional Teachers in 2022" (see Annex 2), and upload relevant information and materials through the online registration platform. Candidates log on to the website of Daiyue District People's Government (/) to register, fill in and submit personal information truthfully as required, and the information filled in must be true, comprehensive and accurate. Candidates can modify the registration information before the preliminary examination of company qualification, and automatically replace the previous information next time.
Applicants must use valid identity documents for registration and examination, and personal information such as name and ID number must be true and consistent. Candidates need to consult the qualifications required by the recruitment position, such as major, education, degree, avoidance, etc., please contact the recruitment unit directly. Please refer to the post summary table (attachment 1) for the telephone number.
(2) the preliminary review of the unit
Time of preliminary examination: June, 2022/KOOC-0/4/KOOC-0/hour-June/KOOC-0/7/KOOC-0/6 hour.
The recruiting unit shall designate a special person to be responsible for the preliminary qualification examination, check the online registration of the unit in time during the registration period, carefully conduct the qualification examination and confirm the preliminary examination results. The recruiting unit conducts the preliminary examination 2 hours after the applicant's information is submitted, and the auditor conducts the examination according to the information submitted by the applicant, and feeds back the preliminary examination results through the online registration system. If the preliminary examination fails, explain the reasons; If the submitted materials are incomplete, the missing contents will be indicated and returned to the candidates for supplement. Online preliminary examination is based on the information provided by candidates online, and the results of online preliminary examination are not the final basis for determining recruitment qualifications. If the results of on-site qualification examination are inconsistent with those of online preliminary examination, the results of on-site qualification examination shall prevail. After the company has passed the preliminary examination, the registration information cannot be changed. After June 6, 2022 16: 00, if the unit fails to pass the preliminary examination or fails to pass the preliminary examination, it can no longer apply for other positions, nor can it modify or supplement the registration information.
Applicants can log on to the registration website within 2 hours after submitting (modifying) the registration information online and before June 17 and 16: 00 to check the preliminary examination results of registration qualifications. The recruitment unit shall keep the registration information of qualified personnel in the preliminary qualification examination for reference in the qualification examination. Applicants who have objections to the preliminary results of registration can report to the recruiting unit before June 17 16: 00. Failure to declare within the prescribed time limit shall be deemed as no objection to the preliminary examination results.
(3) Online payment
Payment time: June 2022 14,1:00-June 18, 16: 00.
Those who pass the preliminary qualification examination log on to the registration website for online payment within the specified time, and those who fail to pay online after the time limit are deemed to have given up. Successful payers will log in to the registration system from 9: 00 on June 30th, 2022 to 9: 30 on July 2nd, 2022 and print the Admission Ticket, the Registration Form for Open Recruitment of Professional Teachers in Daiyue Vocational Education Center in 2022, and the Integrity Commitment Letter for the Staff of the Application Institution (for interview qualification examination).
According to the standard approved in the Notice of Shandong Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Department of Finance on Re-determining the Examination Fee Standard for Personnel Recruitment Examination in Government Offices and Institutions (Lufa Reform Price [2065 438+08] 1427), the written examination fee is charged at 40 yuan per person. Applicants who meet the requirements for reducing the written examination fee shall send the relevant materials to the designated mailbox before June 15, 2022, and call the designated telephone for confirmation (see relevant provisions in Annex 2 for specific requirements).
After the registration, if the number of applicants is less than 3 times of the planned recruitment, the recruitment plan will be cancelled and 1 person will be planned; If two or more people are planned to be recruited, the recruitment plan shall be correspondingly reduced according to the ratio of 1: 3. Posts that reduce or cancel the recruitment plan are published on the website of Daiyue District People's Government. Candidates who cancel the recruitment position can apply themselves within the specified time, and can change to other qualified positions in the position summary table (attachment 1). Please pay attention to cancel the post announcement and keep the communication open after confirming the payment.
(4) Qualification examination
Candidates' qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. Applicants who enter the interview are required to submit the Registration Form for Open Recruitment of Professional Teachers in Daiyue District Vocational Education Center in 2022, the written test admission ticket, the letter of commitment for the integrity of the staff of the applicant and related supporting materials during the interview qualification examination.
Relevant supporting materials mainly include:
1. If fresh graduates apply, submit their ID card and employment recommendation form issued by the school. Graduates of the class of 2022 who have signed an employment agreement with the employer must also submit a certificate of dissolution of the agreement or an employment notice stamped with the official seal of the employer's department (unit) (see Annex 3). If it is really difficult to issue a letter of introduction agreeing to apply on time, it can be provided during the physical examination with the consent of the recruiting unit.
2. Other applicants submit nationally recognized academic qualifications, degree certificates and ID cards, which will be obtained before June 14, 2022.
3. If the on-the-job personnel apply, submit the employment notice issued by the department or unit with the authority of employing people (see Annex 3). On-the-job personnel who have difficulty in issuing a letter of introduction agreeing to apply for a job on time may be provided during physical examination with the consent of the recruiting unit.
4. For fresh graduates who have not yet obtained academic qualifications and degree-related materials, the "+tolerance" method is adopted, allowing them to take the exam first and provide it during physical examination. If it cannot be provided on time, it will not be hired.
5. Other certification materials required for post qualification.
Failure to submit the relevant materials for qualification examination within the specified time shall be deemed as abandonment. Those who fail to meet the requirements after examination will be disqualified from the interview.
Fourth, the exam.
The examination is divided into written examination and interview, and the score is calculated by percentage system.
(1) Written examination
Written test time: 9: 00 am-11:30 on July 2, 2022.
The written test only takes one subject, which consists of two parts: public basic knowledge and teaching basic knowledge.
In order to ensure the basic quality of new recruits, the minimum qualified score line is set for the written test, which is determined by the competent department of open recruitment of district institutions according to the number of job recruits and the written test.
(2) Interview
The interviewers are selected from the candidates who have achieved the written test results. According to the recruitment positions and the number of recruits, they are determined in turn according to the ratio of high scores to low scores of 1: 3, and published on the website of Daiyue District People's Government. The recruitment plan will be cancelled for positions with vacancies in the number of qualified written tests; For positions that fail to reach the recruitment ratio, the interview candidates shall be determined according to the actual qualified number. Vacancies caused by abandonment or disqualification shall be filled by candidates with high or low written test scores, and published on the website of Daiyue District People's Government.
The way, time and place of the interview will be notified separately. According to the standards approved by the price department, the interview examination fee is 70 yuan per person, and the payment method and time will be notified separately. Those who meet the conditions for reducing the written examination fee may continue to apply for reducing the interview examination fee.
After the interview, according to the ratio of 50% of the written test scores and 50% of the interview scores, the total test scores are synthesized by using the percentage system. The written test scores, interview scores and total test scores are calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off. The interview set a qualified score line, and the interview score of those who entered the medical examination scope was not less than 60 points. The interview results and the total test scores are published on the website of Daiyue District People's Government.
Verb (abbreviation for verb) physical examination and examination
According to the total test scores of candidates, the candidates for physical examination are determined according to the ratio of no more than 1: 1.5 from high score to low score. If the total scores of candidates in the same recruitment position are tied, the candidates for medical examination shall be determined according to the written test scores from high to low; If the written test results are tied, try to determine the candidate again. Vacancies caused by abandonment of physical examination, inspection or unqualified physical examination shall be filled from interviewers in the same position according to the total test scores from high to low (the interview scores shall not be lower than the interview qualified scores).
(1) physical examination. Physical examination should be carried out in general hospitals at or above the county level. Physical examination standards and items shall be implemented with reference to civil servants' physical examination standards and operation manuals, unless otherwise stipulated by the state. Applicants who deliberately conceal diseases or medical histories that affect employment during physical examination shall not be employed; In the process of physical examination, there are cheating behaviors such as colluding with physical examination staff or asking others to replace physical examination, exchanging and replacing laboratory samples. If the medical examination results are invalid, the qualification for registration will be cancelled and handled according to relevant regulations. After the examination of all physical examination items, if the chief physician thinks that further examination is needed before making a judgment, candidates should obey the arrangement of the chief physician and conduct further examination. If the applicant disagrees with the results of the physical examination, he may apply for re-examination within 7 days after receiving the conclusion of the physical examination. If re-examination is required according to regulations, it shall not be carried out in the original medical examination hospital, and the re-examination can only be carried out 1 time, and the result shall be subject to the re-examination conclusion. Applicants who fail to attend the physical examination at the prescribed time and place shall be deemed to have given up.
(2) check. The inspection work is organized and implemented by the recruiting unit. The recruitment unit shall set up an investigation team, each composed of more than 2 staff members, responsible for the investigation. The inspection can be carried out in a flexible way according to the requirements of post conditions, mainly focusing on ideological and political performance, moral conduct, ability and quality, study and work performance, law-abiding, honesty and self-discipline, whether there are any situations that should be avoided, and whether the candidates meet the prescribed post qualifications and whether the relevant information materials provided are true and accurate. In accordance with the "Opinions on Further Strict Management of Cadres' Archives" (Lu Zufa [2065438+07] No.2), the files of the inspected objects were strictly examined and the problems existing in the files were seriously investigated. If the problem is not identified and the treatment is not in place, the employment procedures will not be handled. Based on the above situation, the investigation team evaluated the investigation object realistically, objectively and fairly, made a well-founded, reasonable and legal written investigation conclusion, and put forward suggestions on whether to hire or not.
Intransitive Verb Propaganda and Employment
(1) publicity. Candidates who have passed the examination, physical examination and investigation shall be uniformly publicized by the comprehensive personnel management department of the district and institution on the website of Daiyue District People's Government for 7 working days, and the list of candidates will not be replenished after publicity. If there is any objection during the publicity period, the employer shall investigate and deal with it in accordance with the relevant provisions and make a conclusion. After the expiration of the publicity period, if the problems reflected affect the employment and are verified, they will not be employed.
(2) employment. If there is no problem or the problems reflected do not affect the employment, the recruiting unit will put forward the employment opinions, report them to the comprehensive personnel management department of the district and public institutions for the record, and issue the Notice of Open Recruitment of Public Institutions, and handle the preparation, salary, insurance and other related procedures with the Notice of Open Recruitment of Public Institutions. Recruiting units and employees shall sign employment contracts and establish personnel relations according to regulations. The employed personnel shall implement the probation system according to the regulations, and they will be formally employed after the expiration of the probation period. Those who fail to meet the requirements will terminate the employment contract.
(3) Minimum service life. The employed personnel must sign a service agreement with the recruiting unit for at least 5 years. The recruiting unit and the employed personnel shall sign the minimum service period agreement as required.
