The scientific research projects of Hunan Provincial Education Department are under the centralized management of Science and Technology Department. Science and Technology Department is the functional department responsible for scientific research and technology development of Hunan Provincial Department of Education. Responsible for organizing, planning, managing and promoting the implementation of relevant scientific research projects in the education sector, coordinating and guiding scientific research institutions and researchers at all levels to carry out scientific research work, and promoting scientific and technological progress and educational reform and development. Therefore, scientific research projects are managed by the Science and Technology Department of Hunan Provincial Department of Education.
