In order to implement the basic strategy of governing the country by law and by virtue, according to the needs of educational reform and development during the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period, we should strengthen the implementation of educational laws and supervision and inspection of law enforcement, promote social harmony, and make the work of governing schools by law better serve the education work.
