With the development of society, society and parents have higher and higher requirements for education. Many teachers feel stressed, tired, and often work overtime, and are in a dilemma. In addition to daily education and teaching, teachers often have to cooperate with their superiors to complete a large number of non-teaching tasks, such as preparing various forms, data and other written materials needed for inspection, acceptance and evaluation.

These materials are not helpful to improve teachers' teaching ability, but consume a lot of teachers' time. The above situation leads to teachers' lack of energy and time, and it is difficult for teachers to study and improve, and it is difficult to improve education and teaching through educational research.
