Fourth, strengthen the guarantee: the education administrative department should conscientiously implement the requirements of the Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Standardizing the Development of Off-campus Training Institutions, improve the measures to guarantee the funds for after-school services, clarify the relevant standards, and raise funds by means of financial subsidies, service charges or agency charges.

After-school service funds are mainly used to subsidize teachers and related personnel who participate in after-school service. After-school services are generally undertaken by teachers in our school, and retired teachers, qualified social professionals or volunteers can also be hired to participate. At the same time, make full use of social resources such as children's palace and youth activity center.
