Zhang Huimin, female, born in July, 1983, graduated from Southwest Normal University with a master's degree in public administration in July 2005 and education economics and management in June 2008. In the same year, he taught in the Education Department of Jiangxi Institute of Education. He is currently a lecturer, director of the Department of Education Management, executive director of the Education Professional Committee of Jiangxi Education Association, and a major member of the provincial teaching team of Jiangxi Education Management.
