First, attach great importance to and vigorously promote continuing education.

(3) class requirements

According to "Regulations on Continuing Education of Professional and Technical Personnel in Shaanxi Province" and "Implementation Opinions on Knowledge Renewal Project of Professional and Technical Personnel in Shaanxi Province", each person shall study no less than 24 hours in public courses and no less than 56 hours in specialized courses every year. Completion of continuing education hours is a prerequisite for promotion of professional titles.
