China International Cultural and Educational Exchange Association was established in 2009. Its predecessor was China International Cultural and Educational Exchange Center, with its headquarters in Hongkong. China International Cultural and Educational Exchange Association is an international organization specializing in cultural and educational exchanges, which consists of cultural performance department, education development department, international exchange department, foreign propaganda department, secretariat and office. The purpose of the Association is to strengthen mutual understanding and friendly cooperation between China and people from all countries and regions in the world through international cultural and educational exchanges, and to contribute to the spread of China culture and the promotion of education.

Since its establishment, the association has been actively exploring and groping. Through various forms of exchange activities, this paper introduces the long history and culture of the Chinese nation and the great achievements made in socialist construction in China since the reform and opening up, so that people all over the world have a deeper understanding of China. At the same time, in order to prosper our culture and education, we should actively introduce excellent cultures and advanced educational concepts from various countries and regions, so that our people can broaden their horizons and know the world. In recent years, the association has carried out various exchange activities with relevant institutions in New Zealand, Germany, Australia and other countries, covering a wider range of fields, including culture and art, teaching management, academic research and so on. The association will cooperate with more education management departments to diversify its communication forms. By holding literary exhibitions, short-term overseas training, organizing study visits and special lectures, it will strive to make the Association a bridge for China's culture and education to the world.

China International Cultural and Educational Exchange Association insists on spreading Chinese culture as its own responsibility, strives to promote the development of China's education, and insists on strengthening foreign cultural exchanges, thus creating favorable conditions for China's foreign cultural and educational exchanges. The Association will make new breakthroughs in a wider range of fields, further make good use of this platform, and make due contributions to China's educational development, cultural prosperity and social harmony.
