3. Registration method
(1) The public kindergartens in the district education system are open to social enrollment, and the allocation ratio for social computers is 90%. Among them, the supporting parks of public kindergartens in the district education system are given priority to the children of community owners who meet the relevant conditions, and the rest of the degrees are distributed to the society by computer allocation. If the number of children of community owners who meet the priority admission conditions does not exceed 90% of the enrollment plan of the park, all the children of the owners will be enrolled in the park; If the number of children of community owners who meet the priority admission conditions exceeds 90% of the enrollment plan of the park, the park will continue to recruit children of community owners who meet the priority admission conditions until the total number of enrollment plans is reached; If the number of children of community owners who meet the priority admission requirements exceeds the total number of enrollment plans in the park, all enrollment degrees in the park will be enrolled by computer allocation. 4. Enrollment work arrangement

Household registration in Haizhu District, school-age children born from September 1 2065438 to August 3 1 2065438. Children must have a household registration consistent with the residential property address, and the residential property owner meets one of the following three situations:
(1) The parents or other legal guardians of the children in the nursery are the complete owners of the residential property (subject to the search results issued by the real estate license and the real estate transaction registration center, the parents of the children are required to search the books).
(2) The parents or other legal guardians of the nursery children are the incomplete owners of the residential property, but the property is the property of the legal guardians of the nursery children (subject to the search results issued by the real estate license and the real estate transaction registration center, please ask the parents of the children to search).
(3) There is no real estate under the name of the parents or other legal guardians of the nursery children, and the real estate is the full ownership property of the parents or grandfathers of the nursery children (subject to the inquiry results issued by the real estate license and real estate transaction registration center, the parents and real estate ownership of the children need to be inquired).
2. Registration method: online registration.
Children who meet the priority admission requirements can apply online. The specific arrangements are as follows:
(1) Online registration is unified in the "Registration System for Public Kindergartens in Haizhu District Education System", and the legal guardians of registered children can log in through the webpage () or WeChat applet (see Annex 4 for details).
(2) Children's legal guardians should complete online registration before 9: 00 May to June 1 1.
(3) Every eligible child can only fill in 1 volunteer.
(4) After successful registration, give each child a registration number at random. The registration number is only used as a sign of children's registration, and has nothing to do with the computer allocation results.
(5) The legal guardian can log in to the system by himself with the child's ID number and password, and modify some basic registration information. The child's ID number cannot be changed to login sign. Children's information submitted before the registration deadline (May 1 1, 12) shall prevail. Registration information that is not completed or submitted after the deadline shall be deemed invalid.
3. Computer allocation admission and publicity.
(1) In May 1 1 day, 15, the supporting parks of public kindergartens belonging to the district education system give priority to recruiting and distributing eligible children. The computer allocation process is as follows:
Step 1: Import the basic information of registered children into the allocation computer.
Step 2: The computer allocation system assigns a corresponding random number to each child who participates in computer allocation (the random number is generated by the program designed by the standard random function algorithm built into the system and is generally used in the world), and the list of candidates to be admitted is taken in the order of random numbers from small to large until the allocation scheme of the supporting park of the public kindergarten community in the district education system is completed.
On the same day 18, the legal guardian can log in to the "Haizhu District Education System Public Kindergarten Registration System" () through the portal of Guangzhou Haizhu District People's Government, or register a small program to query the computer allocation results.
(2) From 9: 00 on May 12 to 14 16: 00, the legal guardian of the children who plan to enter the kindergarten will go to the kindergarten with relevant materials for qualification examination and confirmation. The necessary materials include: the child's household registration book, birth certificate and the second-generation ID card of the child's parents or other legal guardians (original and photocopy); The residential real estate license consistent with the household registration address; Proof of search for parents and property ownership of young children (the search time must be after April 2022 1); Baby care manual and vaccination certificate (original); Other relevant admission materials required by the kindergarten; In line with the policy care conditions of compulsory education in Haizhu District of Guangzhou, relevant certification materials are required.
(3) If it is found that the qualification examination does not meet the registration conditions, the vacancies generated by it will be filled in sequence according to the random number of computer allocation. Kindergartens are responsible for notifying the legal guardians of children who plan to enter the park to conduct on-site audit of admission qualifications during the supplementary recording period.
After the kindergarten organized by a district-owned educational institution enrolls the children of the community owners who meet the priority admission conditions, the remaining degree can be admitted to the school-age children of the staff who have worked in the organizing unit or kindergarten for more than 1 year.

(5) After successful registration, each child will be given a registration number, which is only used as a sign of children's registration and has nothing to do with the computer allocation results.
(6) The legal guardian can log in to the system by himself with the child's ID number and password, and modify some basic registration information. The child's ID number cannot be changed to login sign. Children's information submitted before the registration deadline (May 19, 12) shall prevail, and the registration information that has not been completed or submitted after the deadline shall be deemed invalid.
3. Computer allocation admission and publicity.
(1) 19 May 15, computer allocation was conducted for eligible school-age children in public kindergartens in the district education system. The computer allocation process is as follows:

(2) From 9: 00 on May 20th to 65: 438+06 on May 20th, the legal guardians of "children to be enrolled in the kindergarten" should go to the kindergarten with relevant materials for qualification examination and confirmation. (5) Precautions.
1. Twins (multiple births) can choose one of the following two ways to participate in the computer allocation of public kindergartens in the district education system. Once selected, they shall not be changed:
The first way: "No.1 distribution, the same park." The legal guardian uses the registration number to register the children online, and indicates the information of twins or multiple births. Children who have successfully obtained their degrees through computer allocation can go through the admission procedures of the same kindergarten after the materials are reviewed. Increase the corresponding places on the basis of the original enrollment plan of the kindergarten.
The second way: "multi-number distribution, according to the actual admission." The legal guardian fills in two (multiple) registration forms and materials for children when registering online, and children enter the park according to the actual results of computer allocation.
2. The legal guardians of children who have been assigned by computer and obtained the qualification of "entering the park" shall, within the specified time, go to the kindergarten to go through the qualification examination procedures with the materials required for entering the park, such as the child's birth certificate, household registration book, health care manual, vaccination certificate and guardian ID card. Those who fail to apply for qualification examination within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up their degree automatically.
