Because they come from around, students feel true, cordial, credible and very moved, and they have expressed their desire to learn from these students. With the driving force of example, students' behavior is more conscious. They often tell others excitedly how much money they have saved. The phenomenon of eating snacks on the board gradually disappears, which is the magic of role models. "People are people with personality". The difference of students' personality is not only the result of education, but also the basic condition of education. Only by adopting different educational methods according to the different characteristics of students can we achieve good educational results. Model education should also pay attention to students' personality characteristics and emphasize "teaching students in accordance with their aptitude". At the beginning of this semester, our class carried out the activity of "looking for an example in my heart". Because many students have their own role models in their hearts, we should help them to consolidate and develop this kind of personality worship, so that they can voluntarily choose the role model they can learn through hard work as the learning object according to their hobbies, their own reality and their own shortcomings. In order to make it easier for students to learn to imitate, we also held an exhibition "Introduction to the stories of role models". Because the activities respect students' individuality and have distinct pertinence, students make rapid progress under the encouragement of role models. Second, example education is authentic. Children have limited knowledge, but they are imitative and self-motivated. Therefore, setting an example must not make them feel that it is thousands of miles away and unattainable. Instead, we should strive to be true and easy to learn, and let them know that role models are human beings, with advantages and disadvantages. Third, example education should pay attention to practice. Example education aims to guide students' behavior practice. Therefore, to educate students by example, we should not only let them know the thought and behavior of example, but also let them know the spiritual essence of example. More importantly, we should guide them to put the spirit of learning by example into action and realize the fundamental transformation from knowledge to action. "Pupils' daily behavior norms" is the fundamental guarantee for cultivating students' all-round development and the goal of school management.
