Under the influence of teachers, students can subtly restrain the breeding and development of bad mentality, mold students' beautiful and pure hearts with teachers' beautiful enlightenment and reason, let students with learning difficulties realize that their classmates and teachers have high hopes for the progress of "I", let underachievers change their minds in a good learning atmosphere, summon up courage, face reality and be positive, encourage them to start from the little things around them and cultivate their optimism step by step. Second, harmony and equality, establishing a harmonious relationship between teachers and students is the most sincere, beautiful and harmonious communication bridge in the world. Creating a sincere and harmonious relationship between teachers and students is the basis of fully understanding the causes of students with learning difficulties, and it is also the most successful and effective way to relieve the learning pressure of students with learning difficulties. As a teacher, one's occupation determines the responsibility of educating people. Teachers should always take it as their duty to organize, educate and manage students. Therefore, we should pay more attention to, observe, care for and encourage students with learning difficulties, try our best to communicate the feelings of teachers and students, build a friendly bridge of mutual trust, and establish a harmonious, equal, harmonious and pure relationship between teachers and students. Dialectical materialism holds that the development and change of things has its regularity, and the external cause is the condition for the change of things, while the internal cause is the basis for the change of things, and the internal cause changes through the external. The internal factors of students can only be changed by the external factors of teachers. Interest is the best friend of study. Successful transformation of students with learning difficulties is an important quality of teachers. For students who are naughty, undisciplined, have poor learning foundation, and always fail to catch up with the team, as well as students who are detrimental to the collective honor of the class and cause bad factors among the students to go astray, if teachers have no patience and restraint in education, they will not be able to consciously control and dominate their educational behavior in the face of these phenomena, and they will be impulsive and even severely punished. This will irritate students, form a strong rebellious mentality, and make students despise teachers and refuse to accept criticism. Teachers' prestige among students will disappear. Therefore, in the process of communicating with students, teachers should create and provide students with a good and harmonious atmosphere of study and life, and put themselves among students, instead of being arrogant. Every word and deed and every move should give students a sense of closeness. Only in this way can students study and live happily and give play to their autonomy and creativity in various activities. Practice has proved that students with learning difficulties and top students are not static. Giving more care and warmth to students with learning difficulties, teaching them correct learning methods and creating a good enterprising environment for students with learning difficulties may make them comparable to top students in ideological conduct and learning skills. Five, suit the remedy to the case, identify the comprehensive reasons of students with learning difficulties. Teachers should be good at careful analysis and find out the reasons for backwardness. From the actual situation, the reasons for students' poor grades are very complicated, but from the students' point of view, they are mainly intellectual factors and non-intellectual factors. In terms of intelligence factors, it is undeniable that some students are slow in thinking, low in memory and poor in language expression, but these are mostly caused by acquired development, not all congenital; Non-intelligence factors are mainly "three not many", that is, lack of self-confidence, lack of interest in learning, poor learning methods and excessive knowledge accumulation. We should give them more love for the former; For the latter, we can stimulate students' interest in learning, help them build up their self-confidence and form good study habits through positive education of schools, positive guidance of teachers, improvement of teaching methods and in-depth and meticulous work of home visits. Sixth, tolerance and forbearance, shaping the beautiful quality of students with learning difficulties. Teachers' tolerance for students with learning difficulties means that teachers can objectively understand and deal with the problems existing in students. Tolerance is not accommodation, and teachers' tolerant attitude towards students with learning difficulties is an important emotional basis for teachers to win the respect of students. Students with learning difficulties are developing, and they grow up in this process. It is impossible without shortcomings and mistakes. Some teachers, especially young teachers, will glare, severely reprimand or refute ridicule once they find that their students have made mistakes. In short, it is difficult to tolerate students' mistakes. Some students with learning difficulties verbally checked their mistakes under the criticism and corporal punishment of teachers, but they were not educated at all. On the contrary, they are far away from teachers, or far away from teachers, and sometimes even hate teachers. Therefore, it is impossible for a teacher who lacks tolerance and forbearance to establish a real emotional relationship with his students.
