For example, the art of breaking the valley, without the guidance of the master, can only be tantamount to a hunger strike, unable to achieve the purpose of absorbing the essence of heaven and earth and strengthening the body, but will hurt the body.

Therefore, it is suggested to find a Taoist middleman (preferably a Taoist) who is destined to learn from the teacher.
