Overview of National Urban and Rural Construction Training Center
In order to promote the healthy development of the construction industry, the National Urban and Rural Construction Training Center was established in Shanghai in April 2002. The center is a first-class training institution approved by the Ministry of Construction. Its main responsibilities are: to implement the relevant national policies and regulations, formulate the construction industry training work plan according to the national requirements for construction training, and organize its implementation; Responsible for business training and knowledge updating training in the national construction industry; Responsible for all kinds of job training for professional management personnel of construction system and management personnel of enterprises and institutions; Responsible for all kinds of job skills training for operators in construction industry, real estate industry, survey and design industry, municipal administration, landscaping, sanitation and other industries, and training and education for all kinds of professional and technical personnel in construction system. It has formed a new pattern of training and education development that integrates the training of civil servants, cadres, professional and technical personnel and production operators in the construction industry.
