It is a kind of management technology, through a series of directional and strategic processes, to gain insight into the mental model of the coachee, tap the potential inward and discover the possibility outward, so that the coachee can effectively achieve the goal.

During my teaching as a teaching assistant, I will focus on practicing your nine-point leadership skills:

There is a mentality that "if you want to achieve yourself, you must achieve others first".

The first stage: what is it? Insight into one's own mentality is a process of comprehensive self-understanding, self-discovery and inward learning, seeing blind spots and defining goals.

For example, you can't see a piece of ink on your face, and you may not listen to what others say. Unless you are willing to look at it with a mirror, you will find a black spot to erase yourself.

Stage 2: What can I do? What should we do? Fully understand yourself, play the role of a magnifying glass, and constantly enlarge your inherent attitude towards life, your own thinking mode, behavior mode, attitude, principles, standards, etc. The whole process is very stressful and strong. Whether you want to look at yourself or not, people around you will reflect the beliefs and starting points behind all your actions like mirrors, so as to find the possibilities in your life and then make a breakthrough in a specific link. The second stage is the process of action and breakthrough, which transforms cognition into tangible results.

The third stage: the unity of knowledge and action. With the goal as the guide, we can examine our improved quality and the direction of goodness through actions, so as to achieve effective results. After three months, you will set your goals (career, family, health ...). What do you think of your career? How's the family? How about interpersonal relationships? Write down your goals, action plans and achievements in black and white. Then, TA will use this system architecture to support you to do it.

The fourth stage: CP+9 personality

CP has four abilities: listening, distinguishing, asking questions and responding.

Five steps: establishing contacts, defining goals, reflecting the truth, changing attitudes and planning actions.

Nine-figure diagram of personality

Including: perfection, helpfulness, achievement, feeling, thinking, loyalty, initiative, leadership and peace.

Self-understanding. Know your own personality characteristics, know where you can change your personality, how to foster strengths and avoid weaknesses, and know how to behave in prosperity and how to adjust in adversity.

Understand the personality characteristics of others and know how to communicate with others more effectively.

Manager: You can see the different motivations and values of each kind of people and teach you how to put the right people in the right position. People with different personalities need different management and communication methods and adopt flexible management methods to stimulate their strengths and maximize the efficiency of enterprises.

Coach: Nine-type personality is also an important assistant tool for coaches. The strategic use of nine-type personality can make coaches more targeted and support students more effectively.

Family: understand each other's personality characteristics, know each other better and be more harmonious with each other.
